Verified reviewI only ordered this product as it gave a delivery date of 5-6th April, the delivery was expensive as was the product, but the delivery date was key. Once ordered it then claimed delivery would be 6-11th April, it actually arrived on 12th April….. the ordering was totally fraudulent and misleading, paid over the odds for a service they could not deliver, extremely disappointing and obviously ruined what was supposed to be a Birthday surprise

I am sorry but you have missed the point You estimated a delivery date prior to me pressing the pay button on the order and as soon as I had pressed "pay" then it changed therefore this excuse does not hold up. As a minimum i would expect you to refund my delivery costs. I only chose you (as expensive as you were against the other alternatives) because you claimed the delivery date which was stated at the pint of order I feel that you have been deliberately misleading This is far from resolved.

Verified reviewI had my doubts but the whole experience with buying a pair of sneakers and the delivery went very well. However, I know that the sneakers would fit (third pair), I would not buy something from this site if I do not know if it fits. You have to pay delivery costs, which is okay. But if you want to return it you have to pay again. To much effort to return it so that will keep me from buying from this site.
