Items were packed into a cardboard box and protected by bubble wrap ensuring that they arrived in perfect condition. Both items were exactly as described on the web site, so I had no need to contact customer services. Overall, this has been a very nice shopping experience and I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Highly recommended
