Verified reviewAwful, customer service, won’t rep,y about refunding jeans, even though they are the wrong size, label says one thing they are something different, 2” shorter !! Unable to wear, cost £65, can’t afford to not have this refunded. Customer service sends you round and round in circles, on,y other option could be going to my bank to get money back that way, but I have jeans I can’t wear. Absolutely shocking company.

You have failed to even understand that despite the jeans being labelled 30/30, they are not ! So are indeed incorrect. Therefore you should pay for the return , please forward return information, and also issue full refund. Getting my goods returned/refunded should NOT be this difficult !!!
