Opening the return request does not always mean that you want to return the product. It also means that you want to complain about some problems related to the order you received. Hi - I didn't receive the wrong item, it clearly says 110cm on it yet measures 125cm! I have opened a return request and have to wait 3-5 days for an email with instructions!!!!
