    The cabbage chopper broke on first use with a softer item, a lettuce the handle bent because it was really soft metal. When I informed them that the stickers to seal parcels didn't work as they all came undone. The company said they had no record of me buying them when I phoned. Yet they are showing up on this order. So I didn't get my refund. I thought it must have been another company but I was right all along.

    I have received the cheque for £25.90, and it has been successfully banked. Therefore I do not need a declaration. I wish to add that when I phoned your customer service, the person I spoke to was extremely rude. By LAW you have to refund using the SAME payment process. Outrageous that I had to accept a cheque! I will never use your company again.I want my account removed and no further communication from you.

    My order was cancelled due to being informed that the card I used to pay was declined, I tried another card and that said the same thing, I checked with my bank that I used the second debit card to pay for my purchases, and they informed me that NO Payment details came through for that card, your system for taking card details must be faulty, please remove my details from your system as I wont be using you anymore, I will add that I have not had problems using my cards for other on-line services.     We are a company with a set of rules and codes to follow. You were informed by the agent about the payment being declined. You seemed not to had accepted it, lastly your choice of words, tone and demands were overwhelming. Hopefully you would´ve verified by now that an email was sent to you, in order to informed about payment as the agent tried informing you. Neverless, we wish you all the best!

    company. I still have not received anything. Your agent used a very condecending tone when speaking to me. Her tone was the annoying one. She would not listen. What was wrong with my choice of words and what was wrong with my demands. All I wanted was confirmation that you definitely had not received the payment. Your company was in the wrong. You did NOT notify me so the first words from you agent should have been Sorry I thought you had been notified, not "You know why the order was not delivered - Your card was blocked"

    I paid for it about 11th Jan, it's now February and it still hasn't arrived. They tell me it got lost in the post, and have sent it again. It still hasn't arrived. The first time they told me it had been delivered to Hermes, and Hermes told me they were waiting for it. I don't know whom to believe.

    I have received the goods I ordered, but not the free gift which was supposed to come with it. The free gift was supposed to be a turquoise diary, note book and pen, instead a horrible brown type of top turned up as replacement, saying they were of the same value. One this is not true, regarding the same value. Two a horrible brown top does not replace in any way a turquoise diary and note book. So your company persuades one to buy offering a nice free gift, then sends something entirely different. I have learnt not to trust you.

As you preffered Not to send the ítem back; within the time frame allow, as clearly dirrected under Terms & Conditions. We did escalate the matter but was told you should had have sent it back for the refund. You dicided to keep it instead. Sorry, the Company doesn´t do partial refunds on ítems you´ve decided to fix.

    Very misleading in my experience. After ordering from Ideal Practical,(2 Albums for CD's) my bank received a request for payment from a foreign firm which it didn't recognise and refused payment..They then contacted me and I had to reorder, which I did. For some reason although they admitted they were wrong they stopped payment. I reordered and when I checked the web site this wasn't showing. I ordered an alternative item from another firm and gave it up as a bad job. The alternative items arrived and I began using this item. Imagine my surprise when the original Ideal Practical item arrived in the post and appeared on my bank account. This meant that over a number of years I have ordered 56 of these items. These last two had taken three phone calls to you, being bothered by my bank on two occasions and with a negligible amount of contact from you.
