  I am a senior but am traveling with a mix of seniors and adults. I wanted to be the main contact but the site would only let an adult be the main contact. Even after I registered it still showed me as an adult so I had to go back and change myself from a senior to an adult so that I could be the main contact person.

  I somehow booked the wrong time and when I tried to change the ticket I put in what I thought was the ticket code. The code was I97ZXF. I read it as 197. After 3 tries it timed me out and I had to buy another ticket. You should change your font to something that is clear without confusion

  I would have given 5 stars weren't it for the fact that there was no information about the seat orientation with respect to sitting forward with the direction of travel. Some people get negatively affected when sitting opposite the travel direction. Thank you!!! :-)

  The app didm't work so I gas forced to use the computer. The computer has one client account and the app uses another account. There was no way to combine the two. I called, a paywall, and was given an incorrect email address to try to resolve the issue. The page would not close without me writing a comment. Few seats available; no senior discount for out going trip. Hopefully on time. App non funzionava e non son riuscita ad usciere dalla pagina senza scrivere qualcosa. App e il pc hanno due diversi account cliente. Ho telefonato, a pagamento, per sapere come dovrei fare e l'indirizzo email era errata. Questa pagina non chiudeva senza un feedback, e quindi sto scrivendo qualcosa. Pochi posti, niente sconto senior prima parte del viaggio. Speriamo che stia in orario.
