Verified reviewI've purchased perfume and some gifts here 4 times, but I've never received any messages about them being sold out. They sent anything in exchange. Fast delivery with DHL, Good supports by email, but I do not think to buy here again.

We feel very grateful to read that the support you have received by email has met your expectations - such as the fast shipping service with DHL. Regarding the out-of-stock situations that have occurred, it is important to mention that it was the ones related to samples. Several elements explained these sold-out articles. Firstly, the brands provides limited quantities of testers for creating samples. Due to the sanitary situation - and the temporary boutique closing, these quantities are even more reduced. On another hand, it is important to remember that our concept relies on some "niche" brands which are not necessary supported by worldwide groups. Secondly, unlike big brands, you will understand that the samples are made in a "homemade" way prepared by hand and not in China or in a developing country and that the wages of employees based in France. As soon as we receive the testers, we are doing our best to be able to produce samples as soon as possible and to be able to publish them online but it cannot be an immediate process. We hope that these explanations would be transparent enough to be able to convince you to order again from us: we would do our best to ensure that you will be satisfied. That is also the reason why, we have been by your side during your former orders by providing a few extra services to you. We remain at your disposal.
