My original order was damaged when shipped but a new table was sent promptly. Although unable to get through to anybody on the phone, emails responses were good

Order delayed. Took 3 more days than quoted. Still have not got my VAT returned.
It was very awkward to navigate the site and had to phone to finalise order (At least that was good service) Thought I was getting this from GB. The phone number I had to ring was in Aberdeen (no address) but the only address I could find in GB was in London, (no phone number).

Very helpful, when I had a query they emailed a reply fairly quickly although there might be a language issue. I'd asked if the product would need assembling and they said it would come ready to use straight out of the box. However, some assembly was required. Delivery was much quicker than they'd indicated, which was good.

The headrest and following armrest broke at my first treatment. Quirimed told me that I had to pay for the transit and It was not sure that I should get à new one. Really bad!!!!

To confirm there was a minunderstading that you wanted to return the item not that is was faulty. We have organised a collection of the item on monday. Can you confirm if you have an email from TNT to organise the collection time and date with them?
