Verified reviewI bought an antenna and clamp from tradeinn posting was actually quite quick especially when I realised wasn't uk based. Not a problem with tradeinn but the courier they used needs to keep tracking info update as my parcel was delivered but still says its in Netherlands!?!

Hello, your return process is shockingly bad!! not only have I tried to communicate with them several times (phone and email), the online return portal is also very poor. I have sent evidence of the fault and clearly explained why the product is faulty as requested for any faulty product and yet your response is "that you have sent the correct one out" this is again a very poor service, you have sent a faulty product out and then refuse to acknowledge the fault. It would cost more to send the faulty product back than its would to buy a new you from a reputable supplier. I am not going to scan your website for every possible return process available. your company has sent a faulty product out you should make every effort to resolve the issue. I stand by my feed back, you have displayed poor customer service, poor aftersales support, terrible returns/resolutions process.
