Verified reviewItem delivered with a European plug. Customer service help impossible to access (long queues on phone, need to upload 6 separate photos on web-site etc.). Gave up and had to go and buy Europe/UK adaptor for a further £10. Very dis-satisfied

Your returns request procedure is complex (taking 6 photographs and uploading!) for a person in their late 70's. It was easier to buy the adaptor

I am using the product with a European to UK adaptor that I had to go and buy. It would be reasonable for you to refund me the £9.99 that I had to pay for this adapter. Providing it is safe I do not want it exchanged
