  I have used 0800 on 2 occasions and have always found them helpful and obliging in organising visits. The reps who come are helpful and explain what they intend to do and give a summary of what they found at the end of the visit. Their formal reports are sent very quickly, as soon as the laboratory work is completed.

  I contacted 0800asbestos as I needed a survey carried out quickly and they had somebody with me the next day. Not only that but the full report was then with me 3 working days after that. Can definitely recommend them and would happily return to them for any survey requirements I may have in the future.

  My builder found something suss on site and worked stopped. I called 0800asbestos (googled) and they sent someone out the next day. The person on the phone was very helpful and everything was well organised. Turned out not to be asbestos (phew), and it was well worth the £150 to reassure everyone on site. Thank you!

  I requested an asbestos survey report for a flat I am in the process of buying. The communication was excellent and they arrange a date with the estate agent directly. The only thing that could be improve is the way the survey is presented: I didn't find it easy to understand.

  Called to request an inspection, and sample taken to be analyzed, of a suspect substance in an out building at our recently bought new house. From first contact to inspection and sample taking, through to follow up, we are very happy with how friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable 0800asbestos were with taking care of our request.   Test to determine whether the material was asbestos was carried out very quickly. It would be interesting to know how the cost breaks down. The recommended company that was to quote for the removal of the asbestos never contacted me.

  Reduced the price for me for convenience, lady on the phone was unbelievably nice even though I had phoned 3 times by accident. Booked in very quickly, the man who completed the survey also very nice providing cost effective advice also. SLA was 2 days and I got the report back in 1. Not only can I not complain very pleasant experience all round.

  I found the sales team very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to help. When they said they would phone you back they did and on time. The engineer was also on time and a pleasant gentleman who happily answered any of my queries. He told me my results from my survey would take approx 48hrs and where in my email box exactly on time. The paperwork I received back for the survey was thorough and very easy to understand. Very professional company who I can thoroughly recommend.

  I found myself having to find a company to check if I had asbestos in my home. From their professional website I chose 0800asbestos. All staff, in the office and the inspector/sample taker that attended my property from 0800asbestos were exceptionally good to deal with. All were very polite and professional. I don't often come across such brilliant service. I recommend them highly.

  Top notch across the board. Management Survey was extremely comprehensive and priced very competitively compared to other quotes. I value their independence as a survey-only firm and delivery of the report was quick and efficient, as well as follow-ups. One small comment - it would be helpful if they could deduct the up-front deposit from the final invoice to avoid overpaying and having to be refunded.

  From booking the survey with very polite people on the 2nd of November to the completion of the survey with a very competent and thorough surveyor on the 5th of November to the subsequent receipt of a very professional report on the 10th of November all went as promised. Thanks to those involved. We would not hesitate to recommend.
