  Beautiful bras that fit the body like a glove. Good quality, beautiful design, so feminin. But if you buy a good quality product, you would expect the seller to send the package with a quick delivery service. Which wasn't the case. But the bras.... once Aubade, Always Aubade... you will never want to wear anything else.

  The items I received were beautifully made from lovely fabric in stunning colours. I received my order very quickly and the items were well packaged in individual boxes, which was a really nice touch. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the service I received from Aubade.

  I've ordered several things which have been terrific in terms of quality and design. Very special; the men's boxers and the long silk nightdress in particular. Shipping has also been excellent. Small niggle; clarify that items ordered from outside France during Christmas do not qualify for receipt of the calender. Just setting expectations.   I love Aubade Half cup bras. They are expensive but not only are they so comfortable to wear but they present the bust in such an attractive manner. They enhance the appearance of the bust. I am 73 but the Aubade bras enable my bust to look as good as if I were 33.

  I placed and order for a bra set I was really looking forward to receding. 3 weeks after I placed the order I still hadn’t received .it although the shipper DHL said the package was delivered to mailbox.I live in an apartment with small locked mailboxes that are only USPS accessible. 1 1/2 month later I never received my order.. and there were no attempts by Aubade to resolve and ship my order to me. Apparently the item was returned by DHL- probably after being misplaced. But no apology and no resolution and no order

  Everything I have ever ordered from Aubade is beautifully made and comfortable to wear. The sizing is a godsend for anyone that struggles to find a fit on the high street or with other brands limited sizing's. Delivery times are fast, customer service is wonderful. I can't comment on returns as I've never sent anything back!

  The package arrived at intended destination very quickly! I am STILL so very impressed! And my recipient, who has never owned something so luxurious, was utterly speechless. The package, coincidentally, arrived at her door as we spoke over phone. I had the delight of hearing her as she opened the box and saw and felt the garments.

  I've bought from Aubade for many years but will not do so again from the UK. The top I bought was lovely but the wrong size - I simply wanted to change the size of the item, but to do so was going to cost me £20 in return delivery fees and ordering again.   I wanted to return the bra next day following the purchase, never worn, with price tag still on and get the money reimbursed as indicated on the receipt. However, this was not possible i.e. no machine allowing for this installed in the shop, and I had to settle for a voucher for a next purchase. The latter would have been acceptable, haven't the invoice clearly stated that the reimbursement was an option.

  So saddened and disappointed that Aubade has CLOSED their flagship shop in London. The shopping experience in the South Molten Street store over the past few years has always been exceptional. The staff and - in particular - the manager Auriane was always first rate with tremendous knowledge and experience of the range, helpful with advice, and a tremendous rapport with customers. The Aubade range in department stores such as Selfridges and Harrods is always much more conservative in its range, never well displayed and the staff not so interested. I believe the decision to close the store is a big mistake, a false economy and one Aubade will regret in the years ahead. Not to have your own shop in London will damage your reputation and your long-term profits I have been a loyal customer for many years but I fear this will now change. Online shopping for my wife and I will not have the same appeal.

  I love the brand and it is hard to get it in shops. Sometimes you can order it in the shops but it takes a long time to get it, because the shops have an amount articles they have to order. So i was very happy that i could order it all by my self in your shops. When you order you have it within a couple of days. I am very happy!!!
