    I did not receive an email confirming my order. However on checking my credit card account I found a payment for the amount spent had been charged by Auriseo Cahore France, no mention of Audilo. I then received this request for a review on Monday but still no message from Audilo. I then received an email from Evri about delivery of a parcel from B2C Europe yet another mystery. I have now received the parcel from Evri, no complaint with their service. I won’t be ordering from you again and will not recommend your firm

    The site was straightforward - I knew what I wanted so didn't really search for other products. The purchase was easy, and the delivery timeframe was made clear at the outset. It was a longer timeframe, however this wasn't an urgent purchase and I was happy to wait.

    Looking over the site and placing my order, making payment no problems. Smooth and efficient. Advised then it would be delivered in just a fewdays. It took 10 days to receive the goods by courier. But for this long delay you could have had five stars.     Order placed on Sunday. The next day received e-mail saying it had been dispatched. Still hadn't arrived the following Monday a week later. Rang to check where it was and received some glib excuse about delivery delays. Then got an e-mail the following day to say it had just been received by the courier so clearly had not been dispatched as I had been told a week earlier.     Sorry, cant rate the product, because i didn't receive it. 🙄 Item was ment to be free delivery. Got a card through door from parcel force, saying they had my parcel. To get it they wanted approx £97, custom charges. I called audilo costumer service. (Atrocious) They said they would find out what happened. Said they would call me back. No call. Got an email to say, nothing like that had happened before. 🤔 And I would either get my item or a refund. This was approx 2 weeks ago, so been waiting about a month altogether. Phoned twice since then. Every Time I give them Ref number, they can't find it. Have to explain the whole process again. I was rather rude when I first called. Yes, uncalled for, but I did apologise on second call (same person) 😁 Anyway I decided I wanted to cancel at the start, because of all the palava. I was told I couldn't. I've been really irate over this 🤬 Anyway, I do not recommend them. I would never use them again. I'm still waiting on answers. Glad I paid via PayPal.
