We are sorry for what happened. The shipment was packed directly by the distributor for Italy. We have reported the issue to them, and they confirmed that the package was labeled with a "Fragile" sticker and a "Do Not Turn Upside Down" notice (as can be seen in the photos you sent). For shipments within Italy, this would normally be sufficient, but it seems that UPS did not take those instructions into account. In the future, we will arrange for dedicated packaging. As you may have seen from our feedback, it is overwhelmingly positive, and we are truly sorry to receive such a negative one due to improper handling of the package. Here in Italy, parcels marked as Fragile are handled differently. We understand your disappointment, but fortunately, the product was not damaged. If any issues arise, we are at your disposal.
