    I received the two orders this month after placing the orders in September I appreciate the problems with COVID regulations but information about payment and delivery was not forthcoming until l had contacted the company asking for details I would think a simpler ordering system would be beneficial to both customer and company

    I found that on the instruction leaflet , it referred to a part N which I did not have. I has taken weeks to receive it and now that the summer has gone, I shall not be assembling this flyscreen door until summer 2022!! Also, I find that the pictures in the assembly instructions are too small and it needs more clarification as to where exactly the part fits eg. in front or behind a part.

    We have bought from Avosdim before and have been very pleased with the window screens which are fairly easy to instal. Although we are in UK, we have been buying them for a property in Spain. With Brexit and the recent restrictions on travel, we wanted to order for delivery direct to Spain, but this is not possible as you need a Spanish phone number to do so and we only have UK mobiles/landline. So placing our order was delayed, and delivery was then much delayed due to new customs rules. If Avosdim could change the way their website works to allow any mobile number to be used and delivery to be made to any specified address, this would be great!

    This is my second order for fly screens as I was delighted with my first purchase. The product is very neat an unobtrusive and I am now fitting screens to all my conservatory windows.     I recieved my item 3 weeks after stated delivery time. Upon opening my parcel I realised that it was missing all the smaller parts for my order eg: corner supports, hinges, screws etc. This means that the product is of no use to me until the issue is resolved

    Excellent made to measure aluminium roller door, perfect fit and easy to install, it was the solution i was looking for, I have a laundry room off the passage, where normal opening doors are always in the way and block the passage, I looked at sliding doors as the entrance is wide, but then you can only open half at a time, so a roller door was the answer, amazing and looks great.

    Appalling. Ordered made to measure and received what can only be described as a box of bits of metal and fabric none of which was for for purpose. The fly screens are not assembled, no instructions are included and the mesh screen looks terrible. Spent over 200 pounds and the whole lot will be going in the bin. I'm fuming that it's not assembled so the mesh looks baggy and not at all like I was led to believe by the photos. Made to measure means made to measure not to self assemble Avoid avoid avoid Ordered in March and received in middle of May. UK website but arrived from France. I genuinely feel ripped off

    The web page is difficult to navigate to find the right product. Getting an explanation of the technical terms and meanings e,g reveal fit is hard. I had to look on an English site to find out what everything means. Their diagrams are not clear enough and just sketches. There were no instructions with the blind. However, the package was open at the top so the whole contents could have fallen out. There were scratches on the product. It is difficult to contact the company and they have not, to date, responded. Just get your customer service sorted and then this company would be significantly improved.

    This is my 3rd order of Insect Blinds from AVOSDIM and the 3rd time I have been asked to provide a review prior to the actual receipt of the order. The product itself I would give 5 stars. Excellent quality, easy to fit. The delivery and post sales customer service OMG, prepare for disappointment! Delays in customs, wrong paperwork, no contact from the company. AVOSDIM need to change their delivery 'partner' DPD to UPS or some other RELIABLE international courier. They also need to keep the customer informed of any delays to the promised date of delivery. AVOSDIM have a 100% record with my orders............Delayed deliveries 100% of the time...........Total lack of any meaningful contact 100% of the time. Very quick to process the funds from me, very very slow to deliver the product to me. Unacceptable but oh so avoidable.......Your product is great, lets get your customer service up to the same level.

    Two weeks after ordering the blind and advised that the blind was posted I still haven't received it, I've emailed Avosdim to ask about the delay and haven't received any acknowledge from them. Lucky I used Paypal for payment so will be registering a dispute.

    Good value and nice product. Delivered to timescale advised but damaged in transit. Improvement in packaging would have avoided this. AVOSDIM replaced the damaged component readily and quickly. Just installed and it works a treat, although further minor damage has now been noticed with the top slats, which have scratched paintwork in 3 places caused by the roller attachment straps rubbing, presumably during transit.

    I bought some large roller shutters (just under 3metres wide) from AvosDim UK website. Very happy with them. They were easy to install, the measurements were spot on and so they all fit perfectly. There wasn't any need to adjust the drop limits. I also bought the wireless bridge to work with my home network. Again this worked perfectly. I had some minor cosmetic damage to one of the shutters that probably occurred in transit during delivery but AvosDim are sending a replacement part. This was easily arranged with them. I will be purchasing more shutters from them in the near future.

    The site is very clear and helpful with good illustrations and instructions for measuring etc. Ordering is straightforward. Delivery is as advertised and easily trackable as they use DPD.     The insect blinds i bought look great in position and do exactly what they're supposed to. The instructions are not crystal clear but anyone of a practical disposition can soon work it out, even without any instructions. However, each pack did come with a piece of black plastic which looked like it served some purpose but it wasn't mentioned in the instructions and i never found out what it was for. No matter, the blinds perform perfectly well without it. All in all, i would definitely buy these again.

    It took 4 hours to build and fit the door fly screen. Far too long due to the instructions being totally incomprehensible, and also wrong as far as I can make out. But eventually, the build is quite sturdy. Though the handle set up is very cheap and poor quality, also same for the hinges

    Website is easy to navigate and place order. Delivery was via DPD with a one hour time slot which was great. Even though the product was shipped from France delivery arrived within a couple of days. Unfortunately the kit received was missing a couple of key parts. Notified customer services by email and they respond by shipping a complete replacement door kit which arrived about a week later. Would have settled for them just sending the missing parts but can't complain about their rapid response to the problem

    The fly screens are good value for the money and seem to be of good quality. It would help if the fitting instructions where in English and other languages as I had to cut my screens to suit the window and it is not as straight forward as the illustrations show. But overall I am very pleased with the product and the delivery.

    Could not give 5 stars because it seems impossible to talk to anyone regarding installation. Also cable is black and not long enough, would be better to have terminals on the motor or unit then customer can wire directly. Instructions make it seem very complicated but in fact it is very straightforward. Does require two people.

    thank you for following up on this and responding to me. The courier did tell me that if I opened the package he would not under any circumstances accept if back for return. But you seem to have a system for that in place as detailed above, its good that you give clear instructions.

    The problem is not with the website, it's the lack of product instruction details and what there is is in French. l fitted the Luxe Roller Window Fly Screen and it's not working properly.     I already received an order from AvosDim which was in great shape and looks/works great. This was a second order I placed, based upon the first. I was disappointed with the condition of the product. It had all the hallmarks of no quality control. Clearly those on the factory floor have no pride in their work, otherwise this would have been rejected by several stages. The faults were not minor: Metal shards sticking out of fittings upto 15mm long, Deep scratches in the powder coating, Sharp shards on cut edges, One of the side rails was crushed at one end, The brush seal on the bottom rail was crushed at one end, Metal swarf in most of the brushes and inside components. I contacted customer support, who were apologetic and without question ordered a full replacement from the factory. I have not received the replacement, but I am hoping it matches the first order for quality and presentation. In my opinion, AvosDim need to revise their quality control throughout the process. I chose a made to measure, as opposed to a standard system that I would then cut to size. It was the 'cutting to size' process that caused most of the issues. I hope this is a one off situation, as I like their products.

    I based my review on facts. I tried to open a PayPal account and was refused as I live in France. I couldn't enter my French address on your system as it will only accept UK addresses.
