  I had both kits for cats ( for twins! ). The toys are very sweet and cuddly and the patterns easy and quick to do BUT only 4 stars as the wrong wool was included in one of the kits: Royal blue Ideal instead of Royal blue Barisienne (a thicker wool) and this made the pattern for the cardigan useless. A pity.

  This took longer than it should have to reach me as they had left out the first line of my address (house name and number), giving only the road, town and postcode (which is shared with several properties). It was only because my postie recognised my name and knew where I lived that this found its way to me in the end. Not at all impressed!

  I moved to the website when my local shop decided to stop stocking wool from France because of the form filling. The website is very easy to navigate and gives clear descriptions of the types of wool. Ordering was easy and the parcel was trackable all the way - of great help.

  Web site was good (little confusing as it stated orders over a certain amount qualified for free delivery but I had to pay for delivery!). Delivery was on time and I was updated throughout as to where my parcel was and when I could expect it. Yarn is lovely - super quality. Have used Bergère de France many times before and the delivery/customer service has often let them down - but not this time! - good idea to change carrier company. Thank you!

  It is the first time that I’m disappointed. I was hoping that the 2 wool types were going to go together, but they don’t, which means that I can’t make the jumper that I like in any other colour then dark blue as suggested! The two colours that in the book sample look very similar arrived and they are too different to work nicely together.

  I did find the site a little difficult to navigate and was unable to place the order myself so my husband (Bruce) did it for me. Very pleased with the magazine I ordered in response to the 21/22 designs catalogue. Unfortunately, due to the UK leaving the EU delivery took longer than expected.

  it is going to be a lovely pattern to knit as the cable detail is the most unusual pattern and i will be looking forward to knit it.. I love the way the cables come from the middle on the front and how it edges around the v neckline i just love this design.

  The international shipping rate of £19 does not adjust if like me I needed three extra skeins of yarn. £40 total for delivery therefore is not viable to Australia. Lesson learned. Otherwise love the yarns patterns and website.. Will be extra cautious next time.

  These extra 50cm long needles are lovely to knit with.Really smooth and the yarn just glides through them. These are very hard to source here in the UK so I was really pleased to find them on your website and they're the ideal length for my project.They arrived very quickly and were nicely packaged.   I am a machine knitter, so am more interested in the finer yarns. I like to be able to download the patterns. The yarn quality is very good and delivery also. I use a Kindle and the website does a lot of jumping about. a bit frustrating. It's ok on a desktop. I would be good if the tension was marked on the yarn recommended for the pattern, on the pattern page, and not just on the yarn page. A lovely site to browse!
