  I was looking for Avast to install on a customer's Kindle. & couldn't find it anywhere, which surprised me, since it is on both of ours. Not a fan of Norton, either. I guess I should preface this to say I only use BEST Antivirus UK apps, as i prefer a trusted source. So, after a brief bit of research, I settled on this antivirus. Did a great job, easy set up. Love it when it's simple! It removed 3 apps that were causing problems, one being the stupid test. I can't see a need to buy the premium version, unless you use second party apps. I will be uninstalling avast and switching to eset for my personal kindles, one of which is a fire and the other fire hd.

  ESET is the antivirus program I use on both of my computers so I naturally chose it for my Fire 8HD tablet. It works smoothly and with no problems so I assume it is protecting the tablet as well as it works on my computers.

  Have had this app since I purchased my Fire tablet 3 years ago. Never had a problem with any one or thing!! Very inexpensive protection and I will continue to renew my subscription. Best app for the price. The free version is available also at the same time.

  Great app to protect your tablet. I went for the pro version for the security it gives in planned scans. To date, I haven't had any problems. This is a very good app to protect your tablet from unwanted viruses, etc. I also have the Norton app, which was free, but it doesn't do antivirus protection which is why I bought it from Eset.

  ESET is the best virus protection you can buy for your home or office computer or mobile device. I have used ESET NOD 32 on my 2 home office computers for 10 years and have NEVER had a virus or problem get through.   I highly recommend anyone with a tablet to use this app and scan often using the manual setting. So far I have been able to detect some virus and quarantine it. No security scan app is perfect but for the free version it gives the user an option to upgrade to a better service for a very low cost. Try it and decide for yourself. No obligation to buy. That alone speaks volumes to the sincere quality by the app's developer.5 Stars from me for sure.

  We have ESET on our main PC and have found it to be very good so finding a version available that would protect my Kindle was a bonus. It is easy to update and the scan seems to be quick and efficient.

  did not bother with a mobile anti-virus with my 2 kindle and it is really slow. My favorite kindle 1 which I did have mobile anti-virus on it, cracked when i dropped it on the cement. and I bought the new 10" and loaded the eset on it. So far, so good.

  I have had ESET installed on hundreds of servers, PCs and laptops for the past 5 years. There is nothing better for preventing and containing viruses and malware. I highly recommend ESET protection in all its forms.

  Smallest footprint of them all. Nice and light and very fast. I've been using the Eset PC version for over 15 years, before there were any security suites. I've never had a single virus. I've been using this Mobile for over 2 years and I especially like the ANTI Theft. Clever, Plus the lightning fast Full scanner. Great App. For me it Tops Kaspersky
