Not quite sure why other reviewers had so many problems. If one already has Norton installed, open it up, just go to help section, enter product key and enter...easy as 1,2,3....

  Read the mixed reviews and decided to take a gamble and bought one. The code worked fine. Just had to uninstall the old version of Norton on the various devices and then install the 2017 version. Took a while to set up but all working fine.
