ALWAYS hunt for Norton deals (easy to find any time of year) online. First, if you have the ""auto renewal"" on a current product turn it off more than a month from the expiration or you will get charged a month out. The product itself is easy to install and use. I chose the download version vs a disc so that on my last day I could simply install the new version. I warn to not install this until the day before your end date, I made that mistake before. It does not add onto your current subscription but cuts into it shortening your new product. I installed 3 months ahead of a term and it ended my current and started the new year right then. I lost 3 months of the previous years subscription.

I buy this every year when I need a renewal of Norton. You'll need a new account on MyNortonAccount.com to make it work. Log in under the new account. It's going to require you to enter a credit card number for auto-renewal. DON'T PANIC. Enter the information. Continue and install the product. Upon completion of installation, click on your account in the upper right hand corner. Click on ""Manage My Subscriptions"". Click on ""Cancel Subscription Renewal"". You will be asked several times, if you wish to cancel the renewal. Just select that every time. And under your account in MyNorton, be sure to delete the credit card information that you just entered. It's very easy to do. The entire process is something of a pain, but it works. Norton is actually a good product. Don't know why they try to play the game of auto-renewal, when few actually want it.

This product allowed me to not only protect my Windows device, but also my MACos. As each device does act differently, it was good to find a product that can protect both.I love all the features this product has on there... i.e. VPN, Dark web monitoring, password manager, and best of all the parental controls. It really allows me to monitor and protect my kids from certain things on the internet. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product if you have children that use the internet often. It allows me to filter website, web searches and social networking.

I purchased this from Amazon because the auto renewal was much more expensive. The problem was that when I bought it, it added a second account and showed I had two active accounts and my year started the day I bought it and I still had 137 days on my old account. I wanted to add 1 year to my old account not have two accounts. I had to contact Norton and do computer chat for about 15 minutes to get it fixed. Norton did transfer the time to my old account and delete the new account but it was one additional thing that had to be done. I like the product itself but be warned that adding time to your account with this is not real smooth, but possible.

I have been using Norton Security for a few years now, and I continue to be pleased with it. I use it on my computers and Android cell phones, and I can share that their technical support is top notch, should you ever need it. This year's version also comes with VPN, which I may use for my cell phone. Norton VPN is not rated the highest, but better than nothing. Thank You Norton.

I get the same product from Amazon as I would if I purchased it from Norton but I save at least 75% purchasing the key from Amazon. It maybe a little hassle to un-install the old product for the new product but that’s on me because I upgrade each year to a better product. I have never had any issues with any of the keys I’ve purchased and I’ve been protecting my computers and smartphones this way for several years now.If you ever have any problems or issues like I had when I changed my email address, I called Norton support and they were great with the customer service. So again, no brainer. Purchase the product from Amazon. They also keep a copy in your digital locker in case you need the key number in the future.

Norton used to be big and slow but it's very effective and slick now. The VPN feature is very nice but I wish I could figure out how to leave it on all the time on my PC (on the iPhone, it stays on automatically). I trust Norton to protect me and my data. So far, knock on wood, no issues. I'll note that I use MalwareBytes in conjunction with Norton because of MalwareBytes' excellent anti-phishing, bad website and other maladies out there that Norton is not designed for.

I've been using Norton antivirus products for many years.Norton has done an excellent job of keeping my electronic devices safe, which is exactly what it's supposed to do. And with their products regularly offered on Amazon at heavily discounted prices,""Norton is forcing me to sign up for their ridiculous auto-renewal."" Yes, it is annoying, and the auto-renewal prices have always been outrageous. So I usually look some where else for a cheaper price. Don't know why the renewal cost more, as a regural customer to Norton the price should be lower? But I've actually tried other products, and I've usually ended up regretting it for one reason or another. Norton has yet to disappoint me in any significant way. OK, enough of my own rant. If you want good antivirus protection at a good price. Looking forward to buy it again next year. 2022

Been using Norton 360 Antivirus software for years, I wouldn't use anything else. It keeps me well protected. Never had any issues. It keeps all my passwords safe in a vault for easy access when needed. Norton 360 never slows down my computer and works flawlessly. I also like the extra features of 360 Deluxe edition, like back-up storage space and VPN feature. It protects me while using public wi-fi service. I also like it's ability to clean up junk files on my device. The Life Lock feature is also nice. It's added protection to see if you are on the Dark Web and helps protect accounts. Norton 360 also works well with my tablet and Android phone too.

I was a bit nervous about installing this version considering all the reviews regarding the auto-renew requirement. I've been using Norton 360 for about 10 years. I do have a Norton account already.I went to renew, it sent me to the web page. I plugged in my key code, it installed a new version (not sure why). I was then able to go into my account and immediately cancel my auto-renew. It's asks you about 3 times before it accepts it. I'm up an running and it's installed on the other 4 devices already.

Got a new computer, so thought I would upgrade to Norton 360 this time around. Norton makes it easy - 5 computers are covered under your subscription, and you can swap out computers as you upgrade equipment. I gave my two kids in college my logon info for Norton so they have their computers covered on my account. Basically it was free for them. My son has a PC, my daughter has an Apple - works for either unit. The installation was a little challenging because I was upgrading from a previous product, and needed tech support to assist in getting ""Internet Security"" off my computer and ""360"" installed. In hindsight, I should have been able to figure it out, but whatever. Tech support was great in helping out, even though they were short staffed due to the Covid-20 Baloney. In short - I much prefer Norton over McAfee and will for the forseeable future.

I must say, I am surprised. For me, I’m not sure what it is about downloading Norton software form other than the Norton. I think because it doesn’t always turn out so well. Today my Norton subscription formally expired. If you’re like me, you’re constantly being hounded that your subscription is about to expire, the sky is falling and the world is coming to an end. Norton’s renewal price is 89.99 or something ridiculous like that (if you do let your license expire, a day or two later they will drop the price 30 bucks. It’s still not a great deal and could be risky, but I took my chances). As expected my last day renewal price was 89.99, this time down from 139.99! What a deal, sign me up, nope! Until today, I’ve never purchased a license from Amazon at the extreme bargain price of 27.99. Why, because something always screws up and you spend your entire day trying to fix it. Today I took the plunge and it couldn’t have been easier!Open your existing Norton account (if you have one). Download the software from Amazon. Open the email the mail you’ll receive regarding your purchase, hit the redeem now. An .exe file will be saved to your downloads folder. Open the folder, double click the newly down loaded file, accept the conditions and wah-la, you’re on your way. Everything went great, even added a license for my son. Don’t fret about canceling the automatic renewal. Unless you hate the product and want out, give it some time. Later on (but don’t forget), open your account, go to setting, you’ll find the auto-renewal, turn it off. Again, the sky might be falling but don’t let it intimidate you.….Good luck!

I've been using Norton antivirus products for many years. I do a ton of web surfing, visiting many different types of sites -- including some that use sketchy pop-ups, click-baiting, etc. -- and I've never gotten a virus. Not once. Norton has done an excellent job of keeping my electronic devices safe, which is exactly what it's supposed to do. And with their products regularly offered on Amazon at heavily discounted prices, my wallet is almost as happy as my computer. Is it perfect? Nope -- no software is. But the positives have always outweighed the negatives.I always find myself chuckling and rolling my eyes at the numerous one-star reviews that are invariably piled onto products like this. A few folks have legitimate complaints (though rarely serious enough to support their knee-jerk single star ratings), but the majority of them are unjustified rants. They usually boil down to:""I can't get this to load/work on my computer."" I've never run into this problem, having downloaded it to numerous devices. I'm guessing you're doing something wrong. And if you aren't, I regularly see Norton reps monitoring the reviews and reaching out immediately to help.""Norton is forcing me to sign up for their ridiculous auto-renewal."" Yes, it is annoying, and the auto-renewal prices have always been outrageous. But here's a super-secret hint, folks: you can turn off auto-renewal as soon as you finish registering the product! Just go to your Norton account and click (or double-click if necessary) the toggle switch to turn auto-renewal off. It will beg and plead with you not to...but stay strong, you will get through it. And then it's done. Problem solved.""I don't want to give them my credit card information."" I'll never understand why some people think this is such a big deal. You've already given Amazon your credit card info, so clearly you have no problem with it being electronically transmitted to a soulless mega-corporation. So what, then? You think Norton is going to use it to buy a private island in the south Pacific? You're going to turn off auto-renewal (see above), so you aren't going to be charged for anything. Having to enter the number is a minor irritant at worst. If it's just a matter of principle for you, fine, then don't use their software...but giving it a one-star rating for that reason alone is laughable.""It sux"" (or some equally eloquent variation thereof). Wow, super helpful feedback there. Which other antivirus software do you prefer, and why? I'm certainly open to considering other options. But I've actually tried other products, and I've usually ended up regretting it for one reason or another. Norton has yet to disappoint me in any significant way.OK, enough of my own rant. If you want good antivirus protection at a good price and have even minimal computer skills, Norton 360 fits the bill.

I see a lot of people complaining about how they're having such a difficult time with Norton and as someone who has dealt with their nonsense in the past, I was pleased to find this work out so easily. My subscription expired as of yesterday and I needed to renew so I was determined to do it no matter what.Anyone who can rub two braincells together knows that Norton's automatic subscription renewal (through your Norton account) costs like 5x more than what you originally paid. Not sure why Norton likes to play these stupid games but it must count for something if they continue to do it year after year. It's always cheaper to buy a fresh new version than renew like that. Btw, it's still cheaper here on Amazon than renewing with a discount on Norton's own website, which they will offer you if you have auto-renewal turned off... and you should do so immediately after installing. No, you do not have to chat with an agent to cancel. Someone else posted that they did but they must not have read much before proceeding. Look for the grey buttons. Follow the prompts and cancel your auto renewal, you'll be promted a few times. You do have to enter billing info in the beginning, which my PayPal info was saved from last year. If you really don't trust Norton, then once your sub is active just remove your billing info, which I went ahead and did as a precaution even though I know for a fact they didn't abuse it.I have Norton installed across all my devices, this one in particular being a Windows 10 machine. So yes, it does work just fine on Windows 10. Once purchased I simply went to my Amazon software library where the digital orders was, clicked the yellow ""Redeem"" button & reinstalled it with the prompts and everthing happened automatically. At first it didn't make sense that it needed to download again. However, it took less than a minute and after all was said and done, the new subscription info updated within the program itself on my computer, which I had open literally the entire time. Didn't even have to copy and paste any key codes.Try not to overcomplicate things and you'll be just fine!!!

I actually found this quiet easy to use. I ended up downloading to both my laptop and phone and used the code that was provided via email after I purchased. I actually use a combination of windows, and Mac products and decided to use this for all of them just to see if there were any major differences but from what I can tell so far, it’s doing a great job or protecting against random viruses that i’ve apparently been unaware of.

I'm happy to say, I had a positive experience with downloading my 360 Deluxe. I called Norton & a tech helped me download & install it properly. So far, it's running great. Been using Norton for well over a decade now.I'm kinda stuck with Norton anyway, as I have a zillion Passwords in the Password Manager. The Password Manager feature is invaluable to me, & has worked just fine for me.I did turn off auto renewal, but then the Utilities (separate program) doesn't run. Not sure why Norton insists on that. That utilities program seems really good actually, so I may turn auto renewal back on, so I can use the Utilities program. I did use it once.So far, I'm happy. I've been buying my Norton from Amazon for a few years now. You save at least $20 or so.

Definitely feel secure when using technology. Don't appreciate that when installing, they try to sign you up for automatic renewals using a credit card. I called and got it removed.

I've been using Norton for years on my Mac, Macbook Pro, and family's PC laptops. The interface is pretty straight forward and I trust that my systems are protected. I especially like the password vault and VPN that are included. Combined, it is a great value, enough so that I purchase my annual licenses, over using the anti-virus software provided for free by my ISP.That said, the software key purchase is a great deal, only costing me $2 and change a month for 5 computers, however, the cost of ""auto-renew"" is a crime, coming in at 5-6 times the cost of the initial key purchase. It is simple to turn off the auto renew setting, once you find it, (click support and look through the list).A chat box will come up, but just close it and it will allow you to proceed with turning off auto renew in a single click. If you cancel the auto renew, you do lose access to their system optimizer (PC only) but its not really a game changer. If you would like to use it, just remember to set a reminder for around 5 weeks before it is due to renew so you are sure to turn it off, then come here and purchase a new subscription, enter the key in your account settings, and your good to go.I write these details as I have seen other say it is a huge hassle to cancel auto renew, and you won't get updates if you turn it off- neither are true (I literally JUST did it).Bottom line tho-I personally think its the best anti-virus and password vault out there, its easy to use and keeps my computer safe. Its just not worth paying multiple time more for the concenience of auto-renew. Thankfully, there's an easy work around.

Great value-especially, when compared to the subscription plan that Norton offers. Easy to activate and/or extend existing Norton subscription.

This software package includes everything I have been looking for to fully secure all my devices. I have had so many issues with viruses in the past and would have to take my devices to stores to get them fixed, but am truly satisfied that I don't have to do that anymore. I feel fully safe from viruses and from people hacking into my devices. It's something that a lot of people don't realize they need until something bad happens to them, so I'm glad I made the purchase

I was looking for safe way for kids to surf the web. It took some setting up but it was worth it. We are able to monitor our laptops, main computer and cell phones. You must download separately security and parents control to get all feature. It would be nice to have way for Norton to block keywords on YouTube but it's not there yet. Overall this has been great for our family.

Norton is always the best. I’ve been using Norton since 2006 and I tried TotalAV last year because of it was cheaper. Lessons learned, we get what we pay for. My computer barely functioned right until I put norton back on there and used power eraser and kicked out all of the bad junk. It runs so much better now. Spend that extra $10-30 and get Norton. They will bust their butt to have your computer running right.

Hello everyone, I just felt the need to put my review out there immediately given all the bad reviews. So I have been using Norton for years. I always turn off the auto renewal option after I enter a new key code from a new purchase such as this one. So given all the previous comment, I decided to call Norton ahead of time prior to purchasing this product for another year. Call went very smoothly, they confirmed that the cancel auto renew option was still there however it will not show if you have already set up non renew from the previous year.Until you actually enter the new product key and go through the minor install process to renew, the cancel auto renewal option will not show up. So I had 4 days to renew. I just purchased this product, amazon instantly sends you a link to click and follow the instructions. Or you can do as I did, logged in ahead of time, went to my covered pc and clicked to enter new product key. As soon as I did that, the renewal installation process began. Same as if you woud've clicked the link. Either way. Once I was done and all set up, I noticed that the ""My Subscription"" button all of a sudden showed up giving me the instant option to cancel auto renewal. So in the end, everything worked well, everything was OK and it went pretty smoothly overall. As of now, when you try to cancel the renewal, a pop comes up asking to stay and not cancel and in return it offers you 30 additional days of coverage after 5 days. I have no problem waiting 5 days to set up non renewal after the fact for the additional 30 days. I think their hope is that you forget all about it. I assure I won't, however if you are the type that might, then forget the extra free 30 days and set up non renewal right away.Hopes this helps to clear everything up and calms everyone down with the freaking out reviews. Trust me, I would be the first to go nuts on Norton if I couldn't do this. I would go to another protection provider, but I like Norton and everything went well. Finally I want to let everyone know that on the phone they told me that my additional 4 days I had to renew would stack up on top of the new year renewal, THIS IS NOT TRUE !! As soon as you enter the new product key or set up the renewal, the new year starts as of the day you renew and whatever days were left are lost. So my recommendation is to wait till the last day or 2 before the renewal expires. I also recommend to not make the purchase till your ready to renew right there and then to not risk some kind of 20 day expiration limit that someone talked about in another review. I just did everything all at once just now from purchasing it, to installing/ renewing, to this review. Everything worked well !!!

Amazon's price for this was about $50 less than what Norton charges for the identical product. It's excellent antivirus software, but even better when you buy it from Amazon and save the difference.

Norton has been the best Antivirus software for a long time and I feel safe knowing its on my pc, it routinely blocks and warns of any website that it determines is unsafe, quarantining the threat before it can do any damage.

First of all, the thing that I always hated about Antivirus softwares was that it usually slows your system down quite a bit. Not with Norton 360. I didnt notice any system slow down at all. Second thing I liked about this is that it allows you to have protection on 5 devices, so my laptop, desktop, tablet, and phone are all covered. Third, I really like the VPN feature because it provides that extra security. Lastly, they give you 50 GB of free cloud storage which is nice, although I haven't taken full advantage of it. They also provide free identity theft protection but you have to provide your information and set it up to take full advantage of it. Overall, I am really liking this antivirus software.

Norton 360 is a great anti-virus program with a lot of features. But there is some setup and it takes a bit of time to learn the features. All is not immediately intuitive but once setup, I've been very pleased with it. I especially rely on the password vault for security. I've used the cloud backup and it works very well. But if you have a good bit to backup initially, give it some time.

I've been using Norton protection products for well over 20 years. Always very satisfied with the performance of the products. Norton 360 Deluxe does a great job of protecting my computer from viruses, malware, and malicious websites. It even enhances the spam filter in Microsoft Outlook 365. It doesn't interfere with normal computer operations and runs invisibly in the background. You don't even know it is there unless it catches an invader. Recommended.
