  I use to get unwanted down loads on my kindle. This fixed my problem. The app got rid of bad apps, they are still in your cloud if you want to play them.

  I support all of the PCs in my family. Spent a lot of time cleaning viruses and malware from the systems. I just decided it was in my best interest to put a real security suite on each one and pay for it myself. Since installing ESET on each one, security is rarely an issue now. Decided to install ESET on my Kindle and have been very pleased.

  I think this is a great product, and... IT WAS FREE!!! Love free! It scanned my Kindle in just seconds and reported no problems found. You can schedule scans, just like on your lap/desktop. The graphics are great and the program is not complicated! I LOVE IT!!

  This is an AV for those that know what they're doing, and it's far from idiot proof. I've been using NOD32 since 05'. I don't use anything else. I've been working in IT in one capacity or another since 02', I'm finally going for a degree, as well as my CCNA soon. I've worked in Help Desk, Desktop Support, Regrettably Geek Squad, IT Admin, IT Specialist, Network Engineer. I refuse to use any other AV.

  I downloaded some game and was having some problems. So I got this virus protection and it got rid of the things causing the problems on my Kindle Fire. I had not gotten a virus protection because the websites I looked at to see if it was necessary all said it wasn't necessary on mobile devices. Not true. So thank you very much.

  I've made my way around a number of virus security softwares, and while all have been effective in their own right, eset has been my most trusted to date, so it only made sense to install it onto my Kindle Fire. Not that I did my research, but I've been told that there is a paid version that does automatic scans. It's probably a good investment, but for this being a free app, it's not too much of a burden to open the app manually to do a scan. Just make a point to do so before and after you use your device, and you'll be good.
