Verified reviewI have used Avast! for years. Started out with the free version then, for the last few years, upgraded to the internet security version. I can attest, from experience, that it really works. There have been countless times when someone sent a link or something tried to get through to infect my computers and Avast! has prevented it every time. It works quietly in the background, doesn't cause problems with legitimate downloads, and does its job very well. Best of all, it does not slow down your computer. It is very easy to work with and even monitors when other programs need an update. You will never go wrong in choosing Avast!

Verified reviewIt doesn't slow down my system. Does a good job catching viruses. Use it on 3 computers. Always delete your current virus program first so there are no conflicts. If this is a renew make sure you reactivate with the new Registration code or you keep getting messages to renew. It is true they will try to sell other programs with AVG but you really don't need to have them.
