Verified reviewI have been using Avast since 2005 and I have never had problems with any of my computers. Anytime I go to a bad site (like Yahoo!) it warns me when they have been hacked or compromised. I've always trusted them and have a lot of faith in their software quality.

Verified reviewI used this rating because Avast is the best antivirus I have ever had,there are so many good things to say about it,it isn't expensive for one thing,it works in the backgriound,updates itself automatically,updates other pertinent apps,runs my firewall,investigates other apps,I would and do recommend it to anyone that wants a good antivirus that won't try to stop you from going wherever you want to go on the internet,they will warn you,yes,but unlike Norton and McAfee,they don't forbid you to go there.I love Avast antivirus.I've had them about six or seven years now.

Verified reviewHAVE TRIED MANY OTHER ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE IN THE PAST. THIS IS BY FAR THE EASIEST TO USE. HAS GREAT FEATURES. GREAT SUPPORT. HAS NEVER LOCKED UP MY COMPUTER LIKE MANY OF THE OTHERS. I EVEN USE AVAST ON MY MOBILE DEVICES. GREAT SECURITY. I TRAVEL A LOT AND USE HOTSPOTS AVAST KEEPS MY INFO SECURE AND WARNS ME WHEN THERE IS A THREAT AND HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE OF TIMES.

Verified reviewI am an IT professional, did quite a bit of research into this software. This is the best that I have ever used. I have used quite a few. Even the free version is the best, have never seen a free version do a boot time scan, I recommend the internet security 2020 to everyone!

Verified reviewI feel so much safer knowing Avast! is protecting my computer from viruses! It's updated daily to protect me from the latest forms of attacks from the Internet. It doesn't exceed what I've asked it to do for me and it doesn't barrage me with upgrade requests either. I've been very happy with Avast! for two years.

Verified reviewI've been using avast since late 2010 and I love it~ Its been keeping me safe since then and to my knowledge I've never gotten infected. I mean avast is so good it can even detect an attack that's running with in a virtual machine(when avast is running on the HOST OS). The only downside is that the GUI has changed but thats just a small down point as its quickly and easily back up to speed on where to find things~P.S.""AVAST! virus database has been updated.""

Verified reviewA friend familiar with computers advised that I use Avast.I tried it and found it to be easy, and dependable.I actually purchased the maintenance program after 5 years and have used their service 2 times so far this year. It turns out to be cheaper than calling a technician to come make repairs.Having Avast gives me a secure feeling with my computer.I would advice Avast to anyone interested in a dependable software.

Verified reviewHave been using Avast security for several years now,on my desktop and laptop,it has kept me safe and trouble free on line. The new user interface is doddle to use,great security tools such as browser clean up and safezone (for banking,a must) and unlike some other big name security programs it doesn't slow you pc down or annoy you by constantly popping up warning about obvious non threats. If you want fully configurable,user friendly and rock solid dependable security look no further......Avast me hearties!

Verified reviewI had a problem when I forgot my password so I took it off of my Kindle Fire. I do like ot and I have it on my PC. There was no way to get my password back on my kindle. There should be a way to recover it but I have no idea.

Verified reviewI originally had the free version of Avast, but upgraded to the paid version for the spyware features. Other than constantly harassing me to update Adobe Air, a program I don't have on my computer, it's a great virus protection program.
