    Hi Russell, After checking on our system, we can confirm that you did not return the second Starter Set you’ve ordered. As confirmed by email on the 5th of December 2018, without the return of the parcel the refund is not possible. Besides, it would be a refund of £3.90 and not £3.50. When you contacted us on the 17th of June 2019 to let us know that you did not require any further deliveries, we suggested you put your subscription on hold and explained how to do so. We did not hear from you again until December the 16th 2019 when you informed us about the cancellation request and the broken handle.     The order is generated without receiving a notification that this is going to happen. It's based on a strict 1 month or 2 month duration between 2 orders. I can't seem to be able to pause the issuing of products for the duration that suits best (I have now a stock of refills, I don't need any for more than 3 months).

You can choose your delivery frequency for your blade cartridge refills - every month, every other month or every three months. Everything is clearly indicated at the time of purchase on the website. As soon as your Refill Pack is shipped, you have an e-mail send to you. We've made sure to offer you flexibility in your delivery schedule. You can change the delivery schedule for your blade refills directly from your Customer Account on the website, in the section "My subscriptions" you will see the link "Change my delivery schedule".     Hi, sure I understand however it’s more complicated than Harry’s and Cornerstone where you can pause indefinitely and start back when you want. I had to unsubscribe to your service to re-subscribe as when I wanted it back the system was applying a 2 month lag. Having said that I have evaluated very positively the product itself which I prefer to the competition- hence keeping subscription. I would just recommend more flexible ordering platform.

    The Bic shave club is a bit limited with its offerings. I use it because its cheaper than dollar shave and Harrys` and not Gillette who are arseholes. The razors are nice and give a good shave. I shave everyday using the shaving gel and the nice bic razor

    Clunky, you are supposed to be a club. Club members should feel like members. I only use BIC shave club to give the bird to Gillette and proctor and gamble. Also you are cheaper and better than Harrys and your razor is better than dollar shave club

    Hi Colin, I am sorry to read that this happened to you! At BIC Shave Club, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time, and I see you have already done so. The new BIC Shave Club razors are most certainly different than others you have previously used. You may have noticed that the attachment point of the handle to the blade is somewhat at an angle. If you are used to a razor with blades that are more aligned to the handle, it will take some time to adapt to the new system and find the hold on and motion of the handle that suits you. To tell you a bit more about the blades, they have been designed to adapt to the various bumps and uneven spots on our skin.     Since Bic changed the style of Razor, i have noticed the Razor and Blades are inferior to the old ones that have been withdrawn. The Razor is much lighter in weight, and the blades not so good or sharp. I have now stopped my subscription to Bic, and will use another internet supplier.

    When I first started to receive my shaving heads they seem to give a close shave but lately I’ve decided to go back to my old style razor as I only seem to get 2 shaves out before it start to hurt my face and does not give a quality shave

    Hi James, I am quite sorry to hear you feel the quality of your blades is not what it used to be. I can assure you our production processes have not changed in the slightest. Could it perhaps be a change in the shaving cream or other facial product that you use? Do know that you are free to do with your subscription as you like. You can change how often your blades are delivered, pause or cancel your subscription right in your customer account on the website.
