    Nie otrzymałam faktury za zakupiony towar mimo że podczas składania zamówienia pozostawiłam prośbę o fakturę i dane firmy. Obsługa sklepu zlekceważyła moją prośbę twierdząc że nie otrzymali żadnej informacji na ten temat. Firma sprzedaje w Polsce ale kontakt jest tylko po angielsku oraz tłumaczenie opisów i treści na stronie jest do zdecydowanego dopracowania. Używanie translatora jest słabe w takich przypadkach. Buty Shimano które kupiłam są super.

    I live in Sweden and I've placed a couple of orders. The selection and prices are great, but... Items show as in stock, but turns out they are ordered from the supplier when the order is placed. Some of the items turned out not to be in stock at the suppliers end. A used very long deliver times sinve the order was not shipped while waiting for those items... I the end I canceled a couple of items, just so the rest could be shipped. The delivery times after that were good. Returns take forever to ship and process. All things considered I rather pay a higher price with more predictable deliveries and faster returns processing.
