This is the second order I had placed with the group, without realising they were all connected. For clarity they are located in Spain, and I had the usual concerns, will I be charged additional duties? if not the product was significantly cheaper and delivery times were quicker than buying direct... I purchased the item on a Sunday and it arrived on the Friday, there was a slight delay from the original quoted date but when I checked it was down to the parcel being processed on the UK side as there were delays in processing as highlighted by the carrier. the Bikeinn site delivery info was good but i was also sent links to the carrier to keep a check on things. the parcel was delivered and there were no additional duties to be paid, this is also detailed as per their website but with things as they are you can never be too sure. The product contained subscriptions all of which worked without an issue and the product does what we wanted. The big question, would I buy from Bikeinn again? in all honesty, yes, for some products there may be quicker ways to obtain the items but for price, service and communications I would be more than happy to use them again.
