  I got what I ordered. Why it doesn't become 5 star but only 4 is because the first order took 11 days to be enforced (I reckon due to corona circumstances). So I have high hopes for future orders :-)

  The payment with PayPal took an unusually long time to beeing accepted by the shop. Also the shipment to over a month. But considering the current situation I don't think its the shops fault. The packaging was good and the product great. So i will order there again.

  Disclaimer: I order during quarantine, so my experience will probably not be the one you will have later. I ordered 2 hides to be delivered in France. The order stayed from April 19th to the 30th in the status "Order Accepted" and switched to "Shipped". I received the parcel on May 5th. Except this delay, everything was fine: quality of leather, no damage during the shipping. Price is also quite reasonable. I'll order again.

  I would have put three stars but I understand the situation is a bit different with this pandemic currently happening. It took me close to three weeks to finally received my order, the packaging was horrendous and it was just plastic completely covered in packaging tape right up against the leather itself (no box) so you couldn't even cut through it to get your order. Not only that but they didn't even bother to put a piece of paper between the two pieces of leather that I ordered to make sure that they were properly packaged and wouldn't stick to each other or damage each other. I would say overall I am incredibly happy with the quality of leather I ordered and the price I obtained it for

  First time buyer from this company. The quality of my order was exceptional even the skins known to be BGrade are very very good. I will certainly be back for more material. I am a low output craft worker and the quality if this raw material will promote my hand made items. Unfortunately there was a short delay to my order being shipped but I got an email to advise me, even so the order was in my hands after 12 days. Shipping from Italy to the UK in these virus control situations is not really a significant problem, and is NOT attributable to the company. Prices are very good and their customer relations are exceptional. The quality of the skins I received are of very high quality.

  Hello Kevin We received your message yesterday and we replied to your question, explaining why the product’s back side was different. The item was the same but in the first order you performed the hide was skived down, in the second order it was at full substance, and being this one a “B” grade product usually customers do not care too much on the back, or at least as anticipated, they refine it at home with a sand paper attached to a drill. On request, if the backside is important we can sand it for the customer orders. Our priority is customer satisfaction and this is why we give extremely importance to the reviews. Low rate review goes under moderation for a while, trying to explain or find a solution with the customer. The rate you gave us is 1 of 5, and is the lowest possible, meaning a complete disaster, and that the product do not correspond to what ordered and/or scam. We think you received the right product corresponding to the description given, and we examined which was the difference from last time.
