  I Anu, following our emails, you did not liked the small sample included for free in the order, you cannot leave 1 star review under the order for the sample because it seems that the order is not correct. You need to give us a feedback via email for the sample, but the rating of the order is another thing because it is about the items you bought, not the samples. We will send a request to modify it.   Hello, the sample is a small cut part 5x5cm and may belong to an external part so for this reason can be of worse quality. In addition we provide free sample service with the aim to avoid customer to order products they don't like before placing the order. So please understand that this has nothing to do with the order you placed for the items compared to an item you did not ordered and you may not like but you did not paid for.. Thanks

  Hello, we only tried to explain how reviews for orders are working as we care a lot about reviews as they are the experience of the customer useful for other customers! Giving a 1 star review 1/5 means that the order has been a complete disaster, and all the items were not good. Instead all the items of the order were fine and you only did not liked a free sample, so we think the rating is not correct. Anyway if you think it is correct we accept it and the review stay as it is as this is only a part of moderation process and our aim is only trying to explain. thank you for your time

  I have nothing to complain about. Buyleatheronline team helped me over past few months with every request I had, being it sending the photos or swatches. Both leather pieces received Walpier Buttero and Dollaro are absolutely fantastic quality, split as per request. I am absolutely satisfied by your services and quality of the hides, the packaging, everything. Leathers were wrapped around a roll and wrapped in a protective film and thick textile on top of that. No issues with delivery, no scratches, cracks, holes. Both hides were of pristine quality as advertized.
