  Order was delivered without problem or any issues regarding the UK being outside the EU. The roll it was send on wasn’t long enough so a section of it was bashed and can’t be used. The cardboard roll also caused creases all along the length of the leather. Fortunately I should be able to work around it but if I hadn’t been I would’ve returned.

  I am so happy I found Buyleatheronline, and wish I had sooner. I've ordered the same leather countless times from other suppliers, and the quality was all over the place. I never knew what I was going to get, which is a big problem as a small business owner.   One of the hides was really bad. After sending photographs, they found it acceptable since not 30% of the leather was unusable. About 25% was acceptable for them. Well, when I create a leather project for somebody, he or she will not accept that 25% of her handbag is not usable. So I cannot trust this supplier all the way. I cannot fly to Italy for every order.

  In the past, I always bought my leather from a local supplier and I was very hesitant to buy leather online, let alone from some place in Italy and have the leather shipped half way around the world. The prices from buyleatheronline also seemed too good to be real, especially when compared with the prices charged by my local suppliers. After a bunch of searching to find out if the website was a scam, I didn't find anything negative and actually found some comments from people about having pretty good experiences, so I decided to place an order. I am so glad that I gave buyleatheronline a try. I was blown away by the responsiveness of their customer service, the speed with which the product was delivered to me in Canada, and the quality/value of the leather I received. I can't imagine ever purchasing leather from anywhere else.

  Order arrived on time and there were no problem with delivery. Totally disappointed about orange shearling as I wanted this to be a shearling for a hoody project. From what I got, there will not be hoodie project until I find perfect material. Also, second grade leather for my wallet project came with all surface covered with a blisters that gives a sort of ornament look which I do not fancy. My wallet meant to have smooth black leather.

  As always I had no trouble navigating the site. My trouble, this time, was the “post sales” section. Someone was “asleep at the wheel”! What should have triggered the next phase, didn’t seem to happen. Whilst the Courier was informed of the imminent delivery request, the Tax Gathering didn’t kick in. Subsequently I was at least 10 days waiting for a delivery which UPS couriers assured me would be delivered between 09:15 and 15:15 each day from day one of my money being taken by Leatheronline. I became “incarcerated “ at home more in hope than expectation. It is not for me to apportion blame but I will say that Leather on Line took a much more active interest in solving the problem that UPS!! Leaving the European Union has done me no favours!!
