  Quality of ordered products is great but this time I was extremely disappointed with the processing and shipping of my order. During the order process it said delivery would be within 4-7 days, but it took them 8 days to prepare my order before even handing it over to the courier, than another 8 days for dpd to deliver it. Because I needed the leather urgently to fulfill an order myself, i had to buy from another seller who delivered promptly. So unless I can actually wait two or three weeks for delivery, I wouldn’t place an order again.

  yes, I understand that - being a seller myself though, I think the buyer should be informed about delays like that in some way, at least that's how I handle business. Mind you, we are not talking about only two or three days here but a full ten days extra!

  Hello, thank you for understanding, unfortunately in some cases it is not possible to forecast the delay of couriers, but only our delay on preparation. We shipped on 6th and arrived on 16th and the courier did not advised us of any delay!

  You know I love your company and your leathers...this order however, I had asked for a particular designer leather from the mixed bag as I'm making an adult wallet for a woman...I was shocked to receive a huge piece of candy pink leather with every Disney Princess that exists..😵‍💫...I've had to search the internet to find a suitable leather and order it from a company on Etsy!!! I don't want to be buying leather from other companies but on this occasion I really had no choice.

  Hello Rob, we replied immediately to all message you sent to us, our customer service respond to all messages in 24h. The delay was mainly on the courier side due to Brexit rules that slow down the customs operation, and this happen with all couriers we work with: DHL, UPS, FedEx. From our records of your tracking it took 7 days to arrive to you as transit time. You ordered on 6th and it arrived on 19th. We remain at your disposal for further assistance.
