Verified reviewHi, Youre customer service is heavy and unprofessional, youre propably declining my one star review again, this just proves my point. Youre customer service needs professional education because youre still trying to deny the truth, you didnt focus on solving the customers problem actively, its not the customers job, its youre job, but you did send me the leather. Thats positive. After that you didnt reorganise youre selection even thou I adviced you to remove the waste product out of the grain leathers to a junk selection where it belongs and didnt come up with any constructive solution to the original problem. Youre system needs to be fixed because its not working properly and you should grow up now and listen. You're just being childish, you should be thankful for the sound advices I have given you, I'm not even charging for this. It's free for you, just be more efficient and active with youre customer service and help out youre customers more actively before things go wrong. Greetings Friendly teacher

Hello, we are sorry we did not managed to solve your problem even if we offered you the possibility to change the goods and return that were not suitable to your needs but that they did match the picture and the description of the website, and that you ordered and we correctly shipped. Split leather is inside the category of veg tan leather because it is a veg tan leather wasting part but still useful and used for many applications (even if it is not grain leather can be used and reinforcement or lining), so it is classified under the veg tan leathers for this reason, like veg tan scraps i.e. that are waste but useful to make small objects, so the customer needs to check what is ordering and read at least our very long product descriptions and data sheets, and if he doesn't know the features of the product we are always at disposal for clarification and to send free samples worldwide to avoid mistakes! Anyway the reviews moderation have the aim to make the customer and seller explain and find a solution, if this is not the case the review is published like in this case. Thank you

Verified reviewI ordered 8 half hides in different colors and they are all beautiful. I do not see very many areas that would be unusable and any I do see are quite small. Even with the shipping costs the price was very reasonable. Customer service kindly answered all my annoying questions. When I have made up all this leather, I will definitely purchase more from buyleatheronline.com. Shipping time was fast to the US.

Verified reviewSo helpful. Excellent service. Leather is gorgeous. The shipping packaging materials was on another level. Most leather is shipped in a cardboard box and wrap and a small sheet of recycled paper. This leather was wrapped in a black sheet of thick protective synthetic fabric, which was an extra bonus because I was able to make a bag out of it rather than set an on shelf. Thank you so much can’t wait to order again.
