I am from AK and I get my products in good shape. Greats prices, great customer support! On a different order, I got 1 inch leather strips that were not 1 inch. I was able to resolve the issue over support. They are great and respond back. I also deal w/ various vendors and I hold them very high up in my list. I highly recommend ordering from them!

I ordered a week before Black Friday because I was expecting delays in shipping after Black Friday. Leaving the discount in hope for faster shipping. Unfortunately I still took about 2 weeks before the leather was shipped. I could as well have waited for the Black Friday discount and saved some money.

BLO continues to be a source of joy and good quality. The site is easy to navigate although I must admit I preferred the old layout. Let me explain for me as a certified geek the modern style shop pages and their filter layout is subpar to the old more technical one - as well as its different display options. BLO still manages good but I feel it could be better in that regard. The shipping, the contact, the packaging... all excellent!

I ordered some Chevre and one vegetable goat skin. The Chevre skins are really good and shipping reasonably fast. One star less in the rating is just because of the veg tan skin which is unusable. It's supposed to be a second grade, but it looks like the lowest. It's so full of marks and blemishes that's impossible to find a usable part. I was expecting some marks and at least 10 cm of clean usable space for a second grade but not this much. Apart from that the webshop is great, with usable informations on each item and the selection of items is really good.
