The leather is fine. My issue is that at no point did they make clear that I would have import duties to pay on top. It doesn’t say this anywhere. Other suppliers tell you or include taxes with shipping and that is what I expected.

Hi Susan, you can find this information on the website footer: Payments & Shipping, where we inform UK customer about that. Moreover, UK customer are informed at the check out as soon as you enter your UK delivery address. Anyway the UK customer saves, because instead of paying (as it was before BREXIT) the Italian VAT of 22%, he places the order net of VAT and pays the customs duties which correspond to 20% of the British VAT. I have bought many pounds of remnant packs. They have always been an amazing way to get a large variety of hides for bags, wallets, book covers, etc. this batch was small scraps that should never have been sold. Wadded up with little usable work area. Very disappointed on this one..

Thank you Vicky for the feedback, consider that these items are recycled material, which otherwise would be rubbish, we recover them and sell them at low price for those who can exploit even small pieces of leather for their creations. So it can happen to receive even smaller remnants. For the next time I advise you to ask on the order notes to pay more attention in sending you pieces that are not too small. Thank you

I have never had this poor of remnant from your company and have never had to ask not to send trash. I may be able to make baby booties out of the wadded up goatskin. I will not be buying this product agsin

The pricing's a little messy, one of the hides I received had some marks on it you wouldn't expect on grade 1, and the shipping was slow for the price.
