The price was really good but the leather is in desperate need of conditioning. There were lines in the leather that will probably crack without being conditioned. I do understand I got lower grade leather. But I just wanted to make sure yall knew about the issue.

Hello Zach, thanks for the order, the leather is more dry because it is a not oiled tanning but a mineral tanning, so it is more customizable (with dyes, greases, and oils) and it is the classical version of Vacchetta not oiled suitable also for wet molding, there are other products that are instead oiled and less dry, pls look for oiled leather in the filters. Thank you

I couldn't speak highly enough about the nappa leather I bought nor the quality of customer service! I'll definately come back for more. I'll also add that the nappa is perfect for bridle and collar padding (this info is not included in the description of the product). The delivery was lightning fast.

The old site was a little easier to use regarding the checkout process. The new site even though looks nicer ahs some small issues when checking out. For me after selecting the payment method and confirming everything the "Complete your purchase" button did not work. And after reloading the page I lost all the details I entered for that purchase. I am glad that PayPal did not send the money through, otherwise I would have payed for an order that was not completed.
