    5 stars were given due to the ff. - customer service experience. I was able to get samples prior to order. Very attentive staff ( Tomasso and Sara) - ordering was easy. - shipping was cheap and hassle free delivery. Product description were complete and no interaction on my part like what I’m doing to my orders from US. - customs clearing was seamless and receive my orders before the expected delivery

    Fedex lost the first package. The replacement was shipped DHL. So much better and faster. Normally, given the choice I always chose DHL. For some reason this time Fedex was only option. I thought maybe it was because of covid.
