I contacted them to ask a question about wholesale pricing, and my Rep. Sara, ended up helping me with everything from ordering samples, to even helping me make a great decision for which leather to use for my upcoming project. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fast!!! I gave five starts only because there was no option for six.
