Verified reviewLeather is good...actually quite good, but their posting or distribution is rather chaotic or disorganised. Will purchase from again most like, but will need to take their shipping procedures into account. Rather odd.

Hello Sinclair, thank you for the feedback and order, unfortunately it was a DPD courier fault, they offer a cheap cost, but sometimes the service can be not so much reliable. For your information we also have several other options at checkout as couriers, like DHL or UPS. We hope there won't be issue next times. BR

Of course, anything can happen and is possible; but I disagree that this was a DPD problem. Your website showed after 12 days that it had never been shipped. In an email dated 28.06.21, your company stated DPD failed to scan the item so there was no tracking. That means that it was shipped, but not scanned. This contradicts your website showing it had never been shipped. If it had been shipped and not scanned, then why was a supposed second item shipped. I should have ended up with two pieces of leather. Lastly, what does DPD not scanning an item for posting have to do with your website? I too use DPD for my business. I print a label, attach it to the package and DPD collects it. DPD has no control over my website. Your leather is top quailty. I cannot complain about it. I am happy and will buy from your company again. But I will be cautious if it need be expedited. It seems there is an issue in your warehouse or inventory. Understand that how you handle your business effects mine. As this was one of my first two orders with your company, it's not a great start in a business relationship.

Hello, it is quite long to explain but all couriers automatically update our website and send tracking emails. In those days DPD courier had an issue and all packages were not correctly scanned by them and returned back to us. So we were forced to ship them again (with another courier until the issue was solved). As explained by DPD to us the problem was a person (or the driver itself) at DPD that made some mistakes in 2-3 days not inserting correctly the shipment data so all packages were stuck on deposit. We have all emails and proof with the courier if you need we can send a copy of conversation. Let us know and thank you
