  Saya sangat kecewa dengan Cermati.com karena kartu kredit yang saya ajukan (VISA GOLD BRI TOUCH) itu berbeda dengan yang saya dapat yaitu (MASTER CARD GOLD BRI EASY CARD), setelah saya konfirmasi lewat CS Cermati katanya dokumen yang dikirim sudah sesuai yang diajukan dan apabila ada perubahan itu sudah di pihak banknya, tapi setelah saya konfirmasi ke bank BRI ternyata pengajuannya ke Master Card dan tidak merubah sekalipun, lalu saya konfirmasi lagi ke CS Cermati.com yang dibilang ada kemungkinan mengalami downgrade (downgrade di mananya? sama2 dapet GOLD dengan limit yang sama). Jujur saja saya bingung dan kesel sudah menunggu lama sekitar 1 bulan dan mengalami hal sekecil ini harus melakukan pengajuan ulang lagi jadi sekitar 1 bulan lagi? Tidak, terima kasih. Saya harap human error nya di Cermati.com cepat diperbaiki, karena dari pribadi saya kapok dan tidak akan merekomendasikan ke siapapun untuk memakai jasa ini lagi.

  I purchase car insurance through cermati and they promise i will get it within 7 working days. After 7 working days, i got no update and i try to contact their sales, but no proper response. Then i sent an email to customer service. But customer service just like a robot. They reply with auto responder email. After few days i complain again by email but i got the same auto responder. They dont have proper sales tracking or proper customer service.
