  The booking process was very good and even though I was struggling to find lesson they managed to get me the 4 days I wants for my children. on arrival I met the ski instructor (Have already suggested issuing contact details would make this easier). At the start of the second day I mention to the instructor about the next two days. He looked very surprised and told me he was only booked for two. In fairness to Evolution2 they did spend the day trying o re-arrange but could not. On arriving back at the chalet I had received an email from Yeti telling me a refund would be issued in a few days (No apology)! After returning to the UK and waiting 7 days I called them to chase up the refund to be told that it can take up to 15days and the information they had supplied was wrong. When questioned about the booking and the refund they just said they need to do better :( I have since had the refund. maybe I was unlucky. Tom

  booking on site was super easy and intuitive. I have had a spontaneous last moment decision about organizing this group skiing for my daughter and had it booked in less than 10min. Pity only that the "advanced" level on site has not really materialized - the kid remained on the magic carpet for 2hours.

  Myself and my wife were total beginners /first timer and decided to book a private ski instructor for our trip to Kitzbuhel, Austria. We got an excellent ski instructor Victor Avayou, Vico at the Tiroler Alpinskischule Edelweiss. He was very helpful, kind - enthusiastic and ambitious to let us improve and beeing able to ski although we were beginners. He taught us for three days and our improvements were amazing. He showed us a lot of good and clever exercises that helped us get the feeling of the right movements that later paid off in our effort to ski. Our trip to Kitzbuhel was so lot more fun as we had such a great instructor. Great service at CheckYeti, very professional. Thanks a lot Vico!

  Though I received a confirmation from Check Yeti that the booking had been confirmed the ski school had no record of it when I arrived with them for my first lesson - thankfully we were able to reschedule for the following two days, otherwise I would have been asking you for a full refund. I suggest you review your systems to make sure a confirmation through your website actually relates to a confirmed booking with the businesses you purport to act for.

  Responsive, reliable services. The provider of rafting with kids was excellent, reservation services (CheckYeti) did a good job. The only area for improvement is the self-navigation booking - it was not clear how to make a family reservation (to keep the group together).

  We have nothing but good things to say about this website. We booked all our holiday activities in advance availing of the early booking discount. All the information relating to our searches was easily accessible, up-to-date and very informative. We had speedy replies with confirmation details or further contact details. The activity reminders were very helpful keeping us in tune with our bookings throughout our stay in Croatia. Would highly recommend this Website and its' wonderful service.
