    Very bad experience, the bus we were on did not have audio, there was a person explaining live and in English and I needed the explanation in Spanish, then it started to rain and the bus did not have an awning so we had to get off and pile up with all the people and then they suspended the service, the bus never arrived, I threw my money in the trash, I asked for a refund

    The blue line was better than the red. The description of the earphones is dated and not sync with the views. The staff is not announcing the stops through the speakers, which means if you don’t wear them you might miss them. There is no button to request the stop on the top floor (only in the blue line I found it, only ONE button in the middle of the corridor). Staff seems to be more interested in their personal chat than in to assist their CUSTOMERS. We bought the ticket together with the Sagrada Familia “fast track” entrance, which is a LIE. There is NO fast track . The routes take you sometimes to very uninteresting turns, who needs to go around Sants Estació? Or get to the bottom of the Port Maritim? Nothing to see there except for the roundabout…the Arc de Triomf stop the looks in the map oposite the actual monument, is in the Estació del Nort…all in all having done it once I might use it again in case of emergency for a seated fast show of Barcelona, knowing that staff and maps are not that helpful. But Barcelona is better on foot!

    Terrible experience. The commentary was awful - what there was of it. Mostly there was just music. When there was commentary it had nothing to do with what we were passing by. The stops were not announced so I missed getting off at the stop I wanted. The map was totally confusing and worse than useless. Information on the website was inaccurate. Phone number on the voucher was disconnected. I have used City Sightseeing in other cities, but never ever again.

    We would like a full refund. We have used many many red bus tours around the world and can clearly say that this was the WORST. We left our hotel and walked to the bus stop after paying on line, and could find them. That’s because there is NO SIGN at stop 10 and 13, and I have taken photo evidence. So after thinking we were at the wrong bus stop we proceeded to go to the next, and then the bus went by. So we carried on and went to the next bus stop, where there was no timetable and a sign so small if you would have blinked you would miss it. We had my daughter who is 13 weeks pregnant with a 15 month year old, so this was not good. When we finally managed to get online to find a time table half the stops are misssing and it said there would not be another bus for 1.5 hours - YOU HAVING A LAUGH. So, we paid 22 euros in a taxi to get us to a main stop that had 4 numbers on, once again poorly advertised and no timetables. When the bus finally came we were welcomed and was given headphones, so got comfy. Well lo and behold,,,,, none of the ear phone ports didn’t work, so swapped seats about 5 times until 1worked. Hahahaha what a waste that was, no information and just music mostly and massive blanks. This was a waste of money and our time, and the service provided was awful. We would like a refund.

    Wir haben schon in mehreren Städten CitySightSeeing benutzt aber ich muss sagen in Budapest waren wir nicht zufrieden. Die Busse waren unpünktlich und somit immer voll (auch an Wochentagen) zudem fuhren sie Strecken die garnicht auf dem Stadtplan angezeigt waren. Die grüne Linie die es gab war auf keiner der verteilten Stadtpläne vermerkt. Im großen und ganzen waren wir nicht zufrieden. In anderen Städten hat es immer besser geklappt.     Je dirais nul. Du retard au départ (15min) puis 50min de retard sur un point. Il nous prends et saute des étapes (celle où on devait aller) puis s'arrête nous dit 20 min (en faite 40).alors oui il y a des travaux des fêtes ou autres pas de soucis. Mais on explique au gens avant de vendre un ticket que ce jour là c'est compliqué et que en plus du détour (expliqué au début) les horaires ne peuvent être tenu et voir même complètement décalé. Bref dommage cela permet de voir la ville.

    We saw a wide range of sights and the accompanying commentary was interesting, and available in a range of languages. There were a couple of delays due to a pony cart race, but the company coped well with that and kept us informed. It was also good to have both the inside and outside seating availability upstairs, as it meant that our group could sit in the same area, even though some people sat inside and some sat outside.

    Instructions on where to catch the bus were very bad. We bought tickets online, and because of that, when we actually saw someone selling tickets and asked about a refund, since we hadn’t been able to find where it stopped, they sad they couldn’t help us because we bought our tickets online. Then after walking over a mile, trying to find the bus stop, the driver of the one we found, let me on, then closed the door in the face of my companion. He was rude and unhelpful. Nobody explained that we were to pick up ear phones; we finally discovered that for ourselves. We had no time to “hop off” to see anything by the time we were able to actually get on the bus. The River trip was the best part, and the guides there were very nice and friendly.

    A bit disappointed. The bus was quite late and I understand that traffic can be an issue. However, by the time the bus came around. It was very crowded and no seats available.     Long waits at stops. Don’t get off. Stay on board for full loop to get acquainted with the city. Conflicting info: 24 hr use, no, no no. Can only hop on 9-5. Only during one day. Had thought if on at 1pm, couold use the next day until 1pm. Told no. If bus late, told no. Virtually useless as point to point to point transportation. Spend more time hopping off rather than on.     1. The audio was not helpful. The descriptions were very short and the English speaker was not clear. Also the volume between the speaker and the music were very different. 2. It was not clear that I had to request a stop. I thought the bus would stop at each location. 3. Your map is horrible. Multiple uses of numbers and letters. Very confusing. 4. Why? Why would you name the Gaia trip the Blueline when there is a competive company with a Blue Bus! That is VERY confusing, not just to me but to several other people.

    Great concept to see the city however I should have looked at other companies. Driver dropped us off 27 minutes walk from buckingham palace due to changing of the guards (which I understand changes routes) however he should have dropped us at greenpark not Marble Arch!! Driver not helpful and due to my recent health issues meant we then had to get a tube to be closer. Expensive and certainly not worth the money.

    The bus is too big to move efficiently through the narrow Dublin streets, and much time is lost sitting in traffic. You cannot help the traffic, but I cannot help but feel that it would be a better experience with smaller buses that can get through the crowded streets more efficiently.

    Done this is many cities before but disappointed in this one. Being May Day the service was very limited on the red line and buses were full, forcing me into a rear facing seat which made me feel sick. Ruined the experience and a complete waste of money. Also the audio was not in sync with where we were. Only had one uncomfortable hour on board which made it expensive. When you got off the bus you couldn’t get back on again. Should have stuck to the metro to visit the sights with my hola card.

    Good tour. Only here for one day! Managed to loose the paper ticket. Told I’d have to pay another £58 to replace! Showed my email as it was the same day I purchased the ticket. Didn’t matter! Luckly I retraced my steps and found the ticket outside Barcelona football stadium and could then get back on the bus! Head phones are free which are good but no wonder the static and poor sound quality means you miss half of the tour

    The man outside basically tried to scam us. Firstly, he told us there is no reduced fee for students (which there is) and when we tried to pay the regular price he told us we could only pay with cash. We said well just buy it online then since we don’t have cash and then he proceeded to say we can’t do it online and we need to do it with him. Only cash is possible. He referred us to an ATM nearby. Since we didnt need cash, we proceeded to buy tickets online since we knew that was possible and that he was lying about only being able to buy tickets with him. After we showed him the voucher of the tickets (including one reduced fee student ticket), he referred us to the office nearby where we could validate the voucher. In the office, we were informed that they had a machine there where we could’ve paid by card and that online booking wasn’t necessary. They also informed us that the bus drivers also carry one of these. We really did not appreciate being lied to like that. He could’ve sent us to the office to pay instead of trying to send us to an ATM to pay full price for tickets with him in cash even though we were eligible for a reduced fee.

    Very easy to book on line, sorted in a matter of seconds great if it had been busy, we picked a quieter day do it would have been just as easy to pay on the bus. The morning driver was great and the commentary good. The afternoon driver very different felt like I left the bus with whiplash!!!! We were upstairs, did as the instructions told us and stayed sitting till the bus stopped, however he let all the other passengers on before we could get off, they all headed upstairs and wouldn’t wait for us to get down, by the time we were on the stairs the driver had set off again we made it downstairs and only because of a local lady who had seen what happened did he stop again and let us off. Didn’t bother getting on again we walked

    Overall a great bus tour. A little bit more history would have been good- several minutes of music playing at each stop… more time for more info. I always do recommend these when visiting a new city. Great way to orient yourself and to see what you might want to visit again.

    Payment was easy, everything worked out fine and at the connecting stations they wait for you to switch. However, it would be nice to implement a map with gps, which did not work on my iPhone. That would help in finding the next stop to jump on. Also you could make the brochure downloadable at least.
