The goods took a week to arrive having paid £7 for postage. As the item didn’t fit my grandson and I have to return it, it the cost me another £11.49 to return. So £18.49 for nothing. Be warned if you intend to purchase from this company!!!

First order was returned to sender without any delivery attempts! Tracking information was completely false. Ordered again for delivery to a different country and still not received after 2 weeks with no delivery updates. Expected date keeps getting pushed back. I suspect they don’t actually have the stock they are selling and have trouble sourcing it after you place the order. Cannot recommend them in any way! Sorry.

I am very disatisfied with my shopping experience. I have not received my trainers and am unlikely to ever receive them as your shipping company is saying that they have been delivered - this situation is known to dressinn as you can see the tracking history and I have also communicated with dressinn support team by email about this. I have NOT received the trainers and there is no sign yet that you are going to refund my credit card with the purchase price which is the least that dressinn should do. 2 Osprey Daylight plus rugzakken bij dit bedrijf besteld, omdat zij de rugzakken goedkoop konden leveren. Ik had nog niet eerder via dit bedrijf een bestelling geplaatst. Na bestelling een bevestigingsmail gekregen. Daarna via mails op de hoogte gehouden van het verloop van de bestelling. Binnen een paar dagen werden de rugzakken geleverd. Zeer tevreden en zou weer een bestelling plaatsen bij dit bedrijf.
