Its not possible to send items back if you dont have a credit card. You can pay items bij ideal but when you want to return you need a credit card to pay the fee of shipping.

I'm used to receiving my packages next day, not within a week. I typically don't pay for delivery and have a free return, not the case here

Tbh it took ages to receive the items I've ordered and once arrived I was away and couldn't make any use of them anymore. I could accept it if the delivery would be free, but I actually paid a lot to get the package, so I don't recommend this shop, as they are not maintaining their delivery promises.

This order and this website is the worst nightmare I've ever had. You delivered the order late, I am not able to do anything with the items anymore. It takes ages to get an answer from your customer service and once I try to do the return, your site doesn't work. This is really unacceptable. You are making joke of customers....

They were not interested when my package when missing. I had do all the investigation work myself. They would not look in to it, even though there supposed to. Will not use them again.
