I wasn't really sure if it was working, until we'd run out. I bought a new kitten, addition to our 12 year old mald cat. Introduced gradually over a few weeks and things were going well, until all of a sudden my older cat became fearful and reactive for no apparent reason. When I realised we eun out of feliway, replaced quickly and couple od days later, he's much calmer and gets on with my kitten again.. well keep using it for at least another 6 months or so. But I'm confident it works super well for us.

my sister's cat and mine were not getting on with each other for a very long time - lots of fighting and stress but once we got Feliway it all changed - I was so impressed. They are now best friend and we stopped using it in a few weeks and it stayed the same - so super happy!

I adopted a 3 yr old Maine Coon who was very stressed and unhappy and retreated to under near a chair. I plugged in Felliway Optimum and have seen a marked improvement in her mood. She’s has started to groom herself and has even jumped on my lap. It’s still early days but so far I’m really impressed

It's early days introducing a new cat member to an existing one , we have feliway plugged in upstairs and downstairs but there is still a fair bit of hissing and chasing .Hopefully over time things will calm down and feliway will help that process

This really helps with my three cats. Even though they are siblings there is a little of tension and hissing etc but with this they are noticeably happier with each other. I know it has run out if I forget to check as the big make gets aggressive with the denial cat again

Great product, works fantastic keeping my 5 cats in a happy house,I love the subscription option, my only grumble is that the plug is advised to be renewed every 6 months, there is no option to include this in the subscription, you can’t buy the plug without a refill, so you either don’t bother and risk them not working well, order a plug without refill spend a lot of money and have too many or try and pause the subscription buy new plugs then hope you remember to resume the subscription, would be 5stars if this could be sorted out.

I have used various Feliway products over the years - Feliway Sprays, Diffusers, Cystease, Feliscratch and most recently, Happy Snacks. I have always been very pleased with the results of all of these products. My only disappointment is that Feliway discontinued Feliscratch. It worked amazingly and I still have faint blue lines on the scratching post where it was applied many years ago. Sadly, when I needed more due to now having different cats, it was no longer available. I'm hoping that it will be reintroduced at some point. I have recently ordered directly from the Feliway website and I have been very pleased with the service. Delivery has been very fast. Thank you Feliway for your products. I would be very grateful if you reintroduced Feliscratch 😊.

The product is fine. However signing up for a subscription was foolish for me. It proved difficult to prevent another delivery. It is a subscription programme suited only for the very well organised. One is notified of forthcoming delivery so close to dispatch that I found it impossible to prevent another 3 pack of refills arriving. On the plus side I won't need to buy any more for a long, long time.

Firstly, navigating the site was easy & clear. After a wee bit of deliberation as to whether to buy the Feliway 'Help' we decided to purchase the Feliway Optimum diffuser as we are having quite long ongoing renovation & building works occurring, both indoors & outdoors. So the cats 'safe space' is currently cordoned off due to having floorboards lifted etc. Plus having their ability to regularly come & go freely outside, to go to the toilet (via a Micro-chipped cat-flap) is also involuntarily curtailed, due to having Diggers & Tele-handlers roaming around noisily, unpredictably & therefore scarily. Well, after plugging the Feliway Optimum in, I noticed that each cat had wandered over, in their own time to examine it. It seemed as if they both knew it was there to help & it appears to have gained both their approval. We have both definitely noticed that they are way more chilled out now with all the loud & unpredictable banging, sawing, drilling etc, going on literally just the other side of the wall from where we are currently based throughout the day. In fact, they are coping so much better than we are, happily grooming & sleeping as normal that we would like to request a similar 'unnoticeable product' be produced for humans too. As for going outside 'to do their business etc' they've just simply adapted their timings to earlier in the morning than usual & they wait til the builders have left before going out in the evening. Thank-you for producing such an effective solution to what could very easily have been a hugely anxiety provoking, long period of stress & unsettledness. We were worried that they could potentially develop urinary-tract issues, from holding it all in etc. Or even have them disappearing off to find somewhere quieter. Thankfully, & quite remarkably really, life has pretty much continued as normal for them both. We are both very impressed & I am definitely going to buy a refill later today.

I've been using the product Feliway Friends since January 2024 (approx 12 months now). I found this product very easily on their website, (very easy to navigate). The first order was for the plug plus the refill pack and I also set up a subscription to keep on receiving the product every 3 months. My recent order came when exactly when due, I received an email which reminds me that it's due and also how the payment will look on my bank statement.

I have a nervous cat and since I started leaving Feliway Optimum on during the day time I have noticed that she spends more time with us downstairs, is more verbal and interactive and seems loads happier.
