In process of the order l had no update to when the order was coming & when it was do to arrive thats quite poor. Received package from next door didnt know it arrived. Package box was damaged but luckily items in own boxes were still intact. The defuser yes it works but only in small rooms not in larger rooms would require more to even out through in open plan home. Had two incidents thought at first that did not work. Realise needed two defusers in order to work. Will order another one & hopefully this is helping my kitten.

First time order from the Feliway website, purchased 2 Feliway that came loose in a giant box, way to big for two small items, box had been crushed, contents spilled out inside (although luckily not damaged), no internal packaging. WHY? I did take pictures, you were so let down by your packing staff. I may order from elsewhere next time if that is the standard of your packing staff.
