Verified reviewSite navigation was ok once we realised that we needed to use the English site rather than use the computer to translate the French site. Delivery was on time and the delivery agent kept us up to date on timings and they actually found us - which was a bonus. The only thing we found a little difficult was which of the fitting accessories would be best for our particular fire/glass. As this was the first time we had undertaken this task of replacing glass a little guidance or recommendation of a suitable fitting accessory would have been beneficial. Fortunately for us our chimney Sweep gave us some that were appropriate and the glass is now fitted and ready for the cold weather.

Verified reviewFantastic seller, when I broke my stove glass I struggled to find a replacement because of the specific shape and and age of the stove. Luckily I came across F.I.G. Order came with 7 days of ordering, this was to the UK. Price was a lot cheaper than a direct manufacture replacement (who wouldn’t send to the UK from Germany).
