  le site m'a été recommandé par l'équipe de Fumerolle à Lausanne, et effectivement le site est bien fait: images, infos, facilité de navigation, confirmation d'envoi et tracking. Par contre le carton du produit que j'ai reçu (emballage d'usine de la vape) était en piteux état (humide avec de la moisissure, partiellement en début de décomposition - forte odeur). De plus il n'y avait pas de batteries avec la vape, et pas d'avertissement ni de suggestion lors de l'achat.

  This is the first time we ordered online in this establishment. Compared to other online shops offering same/similar products, freevap certainly tops the others especially in regards to their website and items’ clarity, which in turn facilitates ordering. Very nice of them to give a small Toblerone gift and a cotton bag, though something more relevant to our order would’ve been preferred. Nevertheless, very much appreciated indeed.
