  Very poor so far. I returned the item as it was damaged. This was an item that cost me around £250. I had an email on 5/32024 saying my return was being assessed. I have heard nothing since. This was nearly four weeks ago now. I am out of pocket £250 and I have no helmet and have had no indication if the item is being replaced or returned or I am being refunded. They have effectively stolen 250 ounces from me. I will be submitting a formal complaint and taking the matter to social media publicly if I do not hear from them in the next week. Very poor service.

  Glissop website is really easy to navigate...I narrowed down my choice of skis to buy, but just needed a bit of technical advice ... I opted for the online chat, the person was very helpful and knowledgeable and really helped me choose which skis would suit me as an Intermediate skier, with no desire to go off-piste. Delivery of my chosen skis was incredibly quick. Skis were and bindings were perfectly set up for me. THANKYOU.

  Nice product but the pictures shows in a frame and no frame was provided. Glisshop say it says in the ad but misleading nevertheless. Product was £50 and PP £20 so very expensive

  Excellent service. My husband needed a new helmet fairly quickly for a ski trip. It was competitively priced and arrived within the delivery window. Helmet was exactly as expected and was well packaged for protection.

  I ordered a pair of pants but was sent a different product. On inspection I noticed that the label did not match the correct order number. I told customer services and it transpired that another customer received my order. We subsequently then had to post the parcels to each other as the transporter would not pick up and make the correct delivery. Refund of postage was slow process as Glisshop could not credit my original card. Most internet sites/ transactions can do this. Overall no problem with the product but delivery process was slow, wrong and laborious to deal with. Not sure I would order again. Next time directly with the brand.

  Took a gamble on a company that was new to me, but what a service! Firstly the price was brilliant, and to be honest this is was the main reason for buying from here. But I had nothing to worry about. Every step of purchase and delivery I was kept informed with, and was delivered in no time at all, well parcelled and all in order.

  Received a faulty product. Followed guidance to raise concern and request refund. Issue deflected straight to manufacturer and have had no communication since (coming up to 3 wks) Purchased was made for a pending ski trip. Will not shop with Glisshop again.

  The Glisshop have always had a well laid out website, easy to navigate and good prices. Prices include all the charges to UK (which is handy) and their delivery has always been, quick and they always keep you up to date. The last 2 deliveries have been with DPD who are excellent. Would highly recommend this website

  When looking at sizes for these boots I assumed it was in European, there was no guidance as to the unit so I was left to my own devises. When they arrived my excited was quickly diminished due to the boots being too small. I was extremely confused, so looked on the box to find the size I had opted for stated ‘JP’ meaning Japanese sizing. I was extremely unhappy with this outcome as there was no reference to this when I purchased the boots, awful website and will not be making another purchase via this shop again!

  I placed an order for some gloves more than a month ago - there was an incident and my package was lost (as confirmed by Glisshop), however, they are still delaying refunding me because of some internal investigation - this is not how they should treat customers, withholding refunds or not sending goods to customers while they conduct their internal investigations - I would never ever use them again, just completely out of order - Renato

  Beware of this company which masquerades as a UK based company. I purchased a ski helmet for my son for Christmas, which despite measuring his head prior to purchasing, arrived and was too small so had to be returned in it's original package, which was done. I paid £120, and the return refund was £80 - a charge of £40 (40% of cost). It was a lengthy process as it turned out the transaction was actually with a French company. All their email communications were from a 'noreply' email address. If you read all the small print, you can discover the true identity of this Company, but you should be aware before buying that should you need to return a purchase you will face a hefty returns fee, which I consider to be very sharp practice.

  Order Was shipped really fast. I had a problem with wrong binding installation. I needed to do it one more time in local service. I'm not sure if based on shoe size (not correct cm) somebody can install bindings. With this knowleadge I Never order skis with already installed bindings.
