This was one of the worst e-commerce experinces ever. Placed an order of 4 articles, with 2 different caps. My order was on hold for 2 weeks without any information. When I contacted goalinn I was informed that one of my caps was out of stock. I then made a suggestion to change the cap to another one. After a few days nothing had happened and i contacted them again. They then told me that the original ordered cap was on its way from the warehouse and my orignal order was going to be sent within a couple of days. I specifically asked several times if this really was the case and they confirmed that everything was sorted. I then received the package 3 weeks after i had placed the order and to my surprise they had, instead of 2 different caps, sent 2 pcs of te same cap. Unbelievable how this could end up wrong. After I received the wrong order i asked them to send the right cap, but instead they made a refund and closed the case.

Tbh, after I placed the order, I’ve read a few very concerning reviews related to delivery, merchandise quality etc However, the product arrived safely and without any hassle at my end, very good quality - as expected, and overall a good experience. My rating is 4 stars and a half - only because it was delivered a few days later and we really needed it on Friday evening when it was supposed to arrive.

I don't recommend this store to anyone. I bought a pair of tennis shoes to play football, but the size was too big on my feet, I requested a return and they are trying to charge me £11 so I can return it, which is absurd!

My main complaint is that I ordered my referees top in size Large to be on the safe side,I am not a size large normally. When I tried garment on it is way too small, more like size small. So I am at a loss to understand why when it has a size L on label it clearly is not. So I will now go through the lengthy process of returning it and hoping to get a full refund.

I ordered football boots with my initials. But I wasnt particularly happy with the initials, as it 2 different initials. One foot had ST another one foot had STL. Also the delivery date was 25th Thursday but got it on Friday 26th. But the actual football boots is legitimate and brand new product.

As previously mentioned when asked for feedback on this order, I was left disappointed when I received my order. I ordered trainers which had a promotional offer, free knee pads with every pair of trainers ordered. When placing my order I was asked what size knee pads I wanted, I selected medium. When the trainers arrived there were no knee pads. I contacted Goal Inn and was told I didn't order any. I was asked for feedback on my order, which I gave and once again explained I didn't receive my free item as advertised. I received a response stating they would look into it. I've heard nothing else since. False advertising on this site.
