Verified reviewGreat initial service as my watch was collected from Swatch Switzerland on the same day as I ordered it but let down by 5 days delay due to a problem between Europe & London. This is a birthday present but missed the actual date. I had to call/email to chase up after which it arrived after 1 day.

Verified reviewI have owned the watch for 10 months. After 6 months the battery died and I was without the watch for weeks whilst it was sent off for a new battery. After 9 months the strap broke and I had to buy another at a cost of £120. It's a nice looking watch and preforms well but I haven't had a good experience with the quality of it.

Verified reviewI bought a bronze field watch from James Moore & Co in Kenilworth. The service was exceptional and the only time I’ve needed to adjust the watch was when the clocks change! I also purchased a green NATO strap to use as an alternative to the leather one that came with the watch.
