Verified reviewThe delivery was a little later than planned- this was due to the courier service and not them. I emailed Hamilton watches and they replied immediately and dealt with it. I then was really pleasantly surprised to have a delivery of some Hamilton branded items as way of an apology from them along with a handwritten note. Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend.

Verified reviewHamilton website is very good. The overall experience was let down by the lack of flexability of your courier UPS. Stated to deliver between 12:50 & 14:50 where we had arranged to be in. They turned up to deliver at 09:45 & didn’t try to deliver to a neighbour, only next business day, which was Monday. Unfortunately we were away all week…

Verified reviewHamilton customer service was very helpful and reassuring when UPS, the delivery firm, incorrectly recorded on their tracking that the item had been delivered to the customer who met them. In fact it had been thrown over a very high locked gate at a different address in the next village, half a mile away, when that homeowner was out for the day.They phoned to let me know in the evening so that I could collect it. UPS were not interested when I phoned to let them know where their driver had delivered the item. Your customer service on the other hand went above and beyond with a kind gift for my inconvenience.

Verified reviewI’m very satisfied with this strap. It was bought to replace the original yellowish strap that came on a desert sand khaki mechanical officer. I might dye that original strap dark brown. It took a while to arrive but I guess it was maybe posted from Switzerland.
