In addition I follow on Facebook and instagram so receive regular updates on products and offers. I particularly love the movie watch section of the website. In terms of the Ventura, i was looking for a large face watch and the Ventura style plus the XXL case size really appealed. Ordering direct was simple, express delivery selected and received the watch within 3 working days directly from Switzerland. Fantastic service, regular delivery updates and will keep adding to my Hamilton collection.

Verified reviewThe strap broke at the first adjustment. It was clearly faulty and I have sent it back for repair. I have paid £110.00 but have not used the strap yet. To be fair, the female agent at Hamilton online ( Martina ) was brilliant and couldn’t be more helpful. Never the less I should have been sent a replacement strap without question. It’s not as if I want a refund, I just want a good product which is fit for use. I will have to wait for the the repaired bracelet to be sent back to me. Helpful people but really I should be wearing my Hamilton watch with the new strap and I am not. All very disappointing really. Still, there is nothing I can do but wait for the repairs to be done.
